On May 11, I bought two items at Old Navy Eau Claire: a pair of pants (marked 50% off) and a sweater (30% off). No discounts were applied on the first receipt. I went back just 10 minutes later, and they only honored the sweater’s discount, not the pants.
It’s unacceptable to advertise promotions and not honor them at checkout. Very disappointing lack of integrity and customer service. This was a terrible shopping experience.

Fantastic value for the money! Old Navy is like the lower-end version of The Gap. There are many quality fabrics like 100 percent cotton and linen/linen blends. Their clearance prices are phenomenal! Their plus sizes are the absolute best in town going up to 3x even 4x.
