Ali was great at giving customer service and expert advice for new puppies! She helped me from good to treats to training. The store also was way more full of supply than pet smart. I had no idea!

I brought my 4yo dog in for a nail trim. I asked them to please trim his dewclaws. The girl ignored my request and started trimming his regular nails. He was very calm and well behaved until she clipped his qwik and drew blood. He began yelping and tried to get off the grooming table. Her manager came over and told us to leave like we were the problem. Not realizing my dog was acting out because her associate had INJURED HIM. He was so scared he peed himself and I took him home without his dewclaws trimmed. This experience thoroughly traumatized him and I cannot say enough, the lack of communication and disregard for your pets safety and proper grooming procedure is unacceptable and will no doubt lead to more incidents. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It was hot and muggy in the store no public bathroom, which is weird because I’m a truck driver and I’ve gone to Petco everywhere and they didn’t carry the food I needed

I got a baby bearded dragon from here a little over a month ago and he's doing amazing! I get my live crickets and mealworms every week here as well. They always give me plenty of crickets for a very decent price. Ali and Adam are always SO helpful and friendly and make it a great experience for both me and my 2 year old son who loves to come and look at all the animals. Great place with great service!

This store probably shouldn't be open. I have been to this store multiple times, and each time, there is an obvious decline in the care provided to the animals sold there. The ferrit cage was filthy. Appalling, actually. Petco, you need to better... or close.

I was able to talk to the manager and find the crate bowls I was looking for. The manager was very pleasant to talk to. Also, assisted me with getting tags for my dogs. They also carry the dog food my new puppies eat. No one else in Eau Claire does! Definitely a great visit!

Me and my daughter went in there intrested in information on the repitiles , the storw was very dark the staff were not avail we had to look for them when we were able to find someone nobody had any knowledge one employee directed us to another employee who also didnt have any answers they actually attempted to google an anwser which i had alrwady done i didnt need to drive 49 mins to eau claire for them to google an anwser for me. Probably wont be visting that store again.
