We called and booked our dog to be groomed. We were never informed that they needed rabies information which I would understand, but our dog is 17 years old has no teeth. We drove a long ways and again I spoke to people twice on the phone before his appointment and I was never told that I had to have papers. My vet wasn’t available at the time to confirm his shot. Absolutely horrible service.

We had a full grooming appointment set up for over a month. We drove an hour to get to the appointment only to be told Nicole was not coming in and they had to cancel the appointment. A reputable business would have had the courtesy to call and cancel. I would never recommend or go back to this store.

Our golden retriever got a full groom today, and she has never looked so good! Her coat is so shiny and fluffy. Best of all, she had a good experience and came home happy! Great job, Erin!
Update: due to needing to reschedule for our second appointment, we had a different groomer (Bridget). Bridget also did a great job. I think the standards for grooming here are very high!

Petsmart cashiers greet you upon entering and are always helpful if I am looking for something specific or have recommendations for new products. Large selection of dog foods, treats and toys. At least a once a month stop for me and my furkid.

The store itself is clean. However, the care they provide to their stock of Beta fish is severely lacking... which is evident just by looking at the fish. I offered to purchase one of the sickest fish, if discounted appropriately... They offered to reduce the price 50%, which would have put the cost of the, almost dead, fish at $9.99. I had to pass. It is clear that they are more concerned about making a profit over the care and treatment of the animals. I understand that it's a business, and it's meant to be profitable, but does it need to be at the expense of living creatures?

Always my go to pet store. People are always friendly. I brought my dog on his bday and he was offered a treat of his choice. I thought it was incredibly kind. My only disappointment is the $2 increase of the treats I normally buy. We get less now and pay more unfortunately. Workers are all usually wonderful. Store is almost always clean.

About month and a half ago I bought my son a twenty nine gallon aquarium was told to take the aquarium home and let it cycle for a while went back about 2 weeks ago to get some fish for him and the lady In the fish department told him no, he couldn't get any fish every fish. he would pick out she would say oh, it needs this or no, you can't have that? She told him we need to protect our fish. And he couldn't buy any. I think this is very unprofessional. And I wouldn't ever buy anything in your store again. I spent a lot of money on that aquarium. Set up I went to Petco and I had no problem. I will not be back.keep in mind my son is a disabled adult not 2
