They helped us figure out the best way to get a tow and Jared was regularly in touch with us throughout the service process. My boyfriend and i came in tonight and got set up with Erin. Sales man will tell you you have to buy a certain car. Is that even legal? For 28,000$ I can't even choose the brand new car I get to drive home?! The car was too small and my family didn't even fit into it. Gross.

Have taken my car there for servicing since I bought it from another dealer.My check engine light came on the day after I had an oil change. I was told Id have to pay $140 to find out why the light came on.Decided to just buy an OBD2 reader myself for $20 and will now be going somewhere else for service. I guess being a loyal customer doesnt mean anything these days.

Stay away from this place! Their auto techs have no idea what they are doing.I needed new wheel bearings, ball joints, and control arms and brakes. I am a Former BMW master tech and i diagnosed all of the issues myself. BUT when I brought the car to them they could not find one thing wrong. They said the car drove as good as new which is a lie. It pulled left and right and had vibrations from the bad ball joints.I took the car to another dealer and they confirmed it needed all the work i thought it did. They will screw up your car and lie to you. I wouldn't even trust this place to change my oil.Take your business to the Kia In Wausau. They will treat you right and their service tech's actually know what they are doing.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Sales and service have always been pretty good. This location has a great thing they offer. A lifetime warantee on your engine and transmission.

Kia employees are the best! While some Kia vehicles are involved in recalls, Kia has stepped up to look out for their customers. Other car makers are also now dealing with their own recalls but I wonder how many of those dealers will go above and beyond by reaching out to make sure their customers take advantage of the recall fixes and wash and vacuum their cars while they are at it.

I purchased a 2002 corvette from nick. Before purchase, he advised me on the work that was done to the car. after driving the car home i noticed an oil leak after sitting overnight. I immediately contacted nick, and between him and the general manager Jamie, they went WAY above and beyond to help me out. Even being 2 hours away from their dealership, they will be the first place i look when my wife and i go to purchase another vehicle. Nick and Jamie are 2 of the greatest people ive had the pleasure of working with. I cannot recommend prestige kia and mitsubishi enough!

Our salesman Brian is a true professional and was a treat to deal with. Very helpful with all our needs. The only downer in the whole thing was the business manager who became a little surly when we declined the extended service plan. Kia is known for reliability and when we asked questions about the plan he made us feel that it would be inevitable that we would have major things happen to our vehicle. I work at another dealership and know that is not how our business manager goes about her job.

Kia does not back their word when coming to their faulty motors. The service crew is very disrespectful and full of no knowledge. Stay clear from the “lifetime” warranty. No such thing

They will lie to you and totally waste your time. They can't seem to handle online purchases even though it is 2023. Horrid communication skills. I would have gladly paid more for the vehicle if it included honest and prompt communication.
