Queens Dry Cleaners & Laundromats is an absolutely amazing business known for its above and beyond customer service. The owner and employees are super friendly and frequently go out of their way to help, even during extremely busy periods. They are highly recommended for handling last-minute and rush orders, often fitting in same-day or next-day dry cleaning and laundry services without extra charges. Customers report never waiting to drop off or pick up. The services are a neat little assortment, including dry cleaning, laundry that is cleaned, folded, and bagged for easy storage, and a sewing service. The work is excellent, with items like dresses and suits coming back looking perfect. The prices are also noted as super reasonable. Many customers, pleased with the honest and helpful service, state they will return and use the business exclusively moving forward.
