I had a 13 year old laptop. Time to update and purchased a refurbished one that they had at a good price. It works great and they transferred all my old data and I picked it up the next day. I highly recommend them!

Took IPad in - wasn’t charging. Thought it was battery and or port. Dropped off on a Monday morning and got it back th3 next afternoon, Only needed battery. Price was very reasonable. Fast and friendly service. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. 👍

Brought my printer in for repair. They ran diagnostics and had the problem solved that same day. Called early the next morning for pickup !!! Very fast and reliable!!! Thanks !!

Brought my phone in for a cracked screen, was working fine other than the crack…. But ended up leaving with a broken/dud phone.
Essentially they make u sign some agreement saying if they break your phone further they not liable. They told me they accidentally bent a pin, and had the nerve to try to charge me more $$ for them to solder the pin and fix their mistake, for real.
What really probably happened is they gave my phone to some newbie who’s on training.
They didn’t even offer to repair their mistake.
Don’t expect the person that’s working on your phone knows what they are doing

The customer service is horrible. They charged a bench fee for doing nothing. We brought a laptop in for a battery replacement. We were told they need to hold on to the computer for 1-2 days to open it up to obtain the model number. Came back in 48 hours (no one contacted us), were told they only ran the diagnostic test, which was unnecessary since I was told the diagnostic test would only be done if we proceed with the battery replacement. The establishment insisted on charging a bench fee without able to tell us what battery we needed. All they could say was yes, it was a battery issue, which is known and why we brought it in the first place. Do not give any business to this place, they are inflexible and overcharged for not doing the actual work. On top of it, they had opened web pages and had a YouTube page opened and clearly was watching something on it despite assuring me that my laptop would not be logged in for anything but diagnostics (which was supposed to be run after figuring out the battery model).

2 stars for friendliness. I took my PS5 in for a video issue, no video was being displayed. When I took my PS5 into them it turned on and everything just fine, only no video. Now it won’t turn on. They replaced the video encoder because they tested the HDMI and said it was fine. I paid $110 brought my PS5 back and the buttons beep, but it won’t boot on, I took the outer case off and come to find that the fan is not even plugged in but what’s worse the 3 pin port to plug in the fan is missing altogether. I have to say my ratings go as follows: niceness 5 stars.

Ability to properly diagnose an issue 1 star.
Overall rating 1.5-2 stars.
I definitely do not recommend this store, and if you need console work done, run the other way. Maybe they have a niche consoles are not it.
