The technician said the Pixel 5a was doa, likely due to known manufacturing defects, and arranged for Google support to contact me directly for a warranty replacement device. Google did contact me via email on 11/8. So I appreciated the support from your tech and would refer others to your company as I was by a friend.

I went in and out with a newly installed laptop battery in under 10 minutes!
Earlier today, I brought my old laptop along with a new battery I purchased myself. At first, I was told the price would be $40, but when I mentioned how I already have a new battery ready for installation, the price went down to $30. I think I waited 5 minutes before the employee returned with the laptop ready to go. To my shock, the guy said the service was free since it was completed under 5 minutes as well as my providing the necessary part. Free! I would have gladly paid $10-20, but I was told a good review would suffice.
I’m definitely returning here next time my phone or laptop need repairs.
