I was trying to use a coupon in store. They scanned it and said that it wouldn't go through. I went online added the same stuff in my cart, added the coupon code and it worked. I won't be going back because they didn't care didn't want to try and solve the problem. Just said that it only worked on the items in the ad. I read the terms and conditions. The products that came to $50 were not excluded. We need to learn to read not just look at pictures and assume.

I went in looking for a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen, but I was too pale for most of the items that included all three. Amber was incredible in color-matching me and getting what I needed, and what I would actually use every day. Huge Kudos! She made my shopping trip very pleasant and definitely knows her stuff.

My wife revived a 100 gift card that the employee indicated did not work, but said it had money on it. They provided a number to call. The call center told us they see the 100 and will send an email to correct this. No email no nothing after three attempts. Now it says the gift card has zero remaining balance. It was a Christmas gift from my mom with receipt and can be shown on her bank account as purchased.

I went to the Eau Claire Ulta for some self care. A nice young lady Duabchi (I hope I'm spelling that right) dropped everything to walk around the store to find a specific product. I didn't make it easier for her because I didn't really know what I needed. She was so patient, kind, and went above and beyond to find me what she thought might help. She was amazing and I can not be more grateful for the help.

Hi Parents and caregivers: anyone living in the Chippewa Valley, that has kids with a fear, and/or sensory issues when getting their hair cut like mine does…I highly recommend Beauty by Trish She was so kind, and took her time with my kiddos sensory issues, and talked so gently with my kiddo too! She’s at Ulta Beauty Oakwood Mall $20 kids cuts, when you book online it’s under Trystan! She also recommended Rose who has worked with kids a little longer, Rose cuts my hair and is so gentle with my tangles, and just so kind! Rose and Trystan (Trish) are so genuine, I without a doubt will say the kindest stylists I’ve ever met, and have already recommended them to my closest friends and family! Hope this is helpful for some caregivers, and parents!

Stopped in yesterday with my friend and told the worker with black hair and glasses all of the issues i was having with the makeup i was using. She gave me awesome advice for my routine, as well as product recommendations. Today, my makeup looks awesome and flawless! No creasing and my skin feels great. Very good advice and friendly staff:)))
