I needed simple help trying to figure out an issue with a package, was on hold with corporate for an hour. Was told to finally call the store in Eau Claire and have someone look to see what was going on with it. The woman on the phone refused to even try to track my package. Do you really need me to come search for my own package?

Their new location is AWFUL. There's no sign visible from down the street, and there's very limited parking that goes right up to the sidewalk - so if someone is pulling out of a space, it can back up or even block traffic going past. Not sure they can do anything about parking considering the size of the lot, but they should at LEAST have a sign outside. It's way too easy to miss the building.
That bring said, the actual service is always fast and pleasant.

Paid $40 to surprise my friends with gifts just to have the employee slap the wrong labels on my packages. Even after specifying the name of the friend receiving the large box vs the small box and confirming the information in the screen. My friends were very understanding but extra annoying that now we get to pay more in shipping fees to get the right gifts to the right people…

They keep attempting to deliver to an apartment complex that's locked at certain hours like Saturday and Sunday all day or after 6pm during the week I don't know why they don't do it earlier in the day or skip the weekend because they must know this apartment complex Lock down during them wasting peoples time and theirs. Then they say on their website they'll deliver the next business day that a crock of crap often doesn't deliver in the time frame they say they will deliver your item been on the truck for several hours then it goes past the delivery time get bumped up later time that then passes then tell you another time then it doesn't come at all then they give you another date . It's always been like that for me. I hate dealing with ups
