“had a great experience with troy. he was really easy to work with, went out of his way to do a couple things, was honest abt the car and its condition. i had bought a car from him and about a week later the ac went out, and i called him to ask if there was any previous issue with it and he said no, so i brought it into a shop and he said he’d cover everything for me. he’s a great guy and i recommend him to anyone.”
“Jonathan always friendly, courteous and respectful. I recently had work done elsewhere and was appalled at the outcome.(I was in 2 accidents within a week. It had a 5 star rating, even.) Audi actually fixed a major problem within minutes, (the other establishment was over 2 weeks and STILL hadn’t fixed) also discovered a serious neglect that the ‘elsewhere’ work order said was done but in fact wasn’t! Thanks to Audi’s video, the omission was VERY obvious and shouldn’t have been checked off as complete.
The final charge was very reasonable especially considering they saved me from a probable roadside breakdown.

Frankly, they’re also reasonably priced compared to other local maintenance companies! They were even able to fix a minor emergency right on the spot a couple months back, with no charge at all! “I was on a roadtrip through Wisconsin when my car started to make a concerning noise. I was several hours out from home and a few hours away from the destination. I called around and no one was able to get me in but MC Motorwerks fit me last minute into their schedule. Scott was were very understanding of my problem and willing to take a look at things. Ended up leaving the car with them and got a rental car for the rest of the trip (conveniently located just a few minutes walking from Motorwerks.)
Next day got a call back and they took a look at everything and were able to find the root of the problem. Thankfully nothing major, and instead of what I thought would be over a thousand dollar repair, ended up costing under $100. Since we took a rental we were a few hours out and would not be heading back in that direction until after the weekend. They were very understanding and were fine working with us on the pick up time.
Overall very smooth experience and super nice. They were a lifesaver through a very stressful moment.”
