Her empathy and understanding, along with incredible knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond was second to none. Calling to check in, walking us through hard discussions. When we finally determined there were no other options left to choose that wouldn’t cause Maddie more harm than good, Dr. Mather and one of the amazing vet tech’s came to our home on a Saturday afternoon to euthanize Maddie, surrounded by her kids, favorite toys, and in her favorite spot. It was so peaceful with relaxing music in the background and fireplace on. They were professional, efficient yet not hurried and so caring. Afterwards they brought Maddie back to be cremated with her remains returned to us to scatter when we were ready. They had enough paw prints created for ALL the kids, and an engraved name plate. While it was a time of significant grief, we were supported all the way. Thank you to the whole team!”
