I called for a same-day urgent care visit because my dog, Jackson, had a painful ear infection. Jackson was in pain and can be reactive/nip when he’s hurting, but the staff was incredibly compassionate, patient, and gentle with him.
They took amazing care of Jackson, handled him with total safety and respect, and gave us a ton of helpful information.
