waited to get nails done for 35+ minutes and had two people go infract of us while three workers sat on their phones and then once we got up to leave they tried to rush us getting in. very unsatisfied.

Was sitting in seat #9, cut 2 of my fingers with the drill from trying to rush through, and a few fingers felt like they were burning the whole time & still are burning an hour later. Had asked for all black before we even gotten started and put a design on without asking & made it seem like I was making an inconvenience when I said that was not what I asked for. I’ve never had a fill that was done in about 25-30 minutes, some nails are uneven & overall just upset on my experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have always used this place for pedicures and had a good experience. However I went in for a basic set of acrylic nails with a French manicure for the 1st time. They turned out terrible. Chunky, poorly painted, and didn't file the extra chunks away from the under side. Left with chunks all over my skin on my fingers as well. Definitely not worth the $60 and $10 tip I paid for them!!!

Got my nails done here for my wedding, they were nothing what I wanted I asked for shorter acrylics they would not let me have them. Then got my toes done and now have 3 ingrown toenails

Absolutely terrible experience. The nail technician was incredibly rude, spending the entire appointment on FaceTime and clearly not paying attention to my nails. The result didn't match the picture I provided. She kept hitting my hand whenever I tensed up. To top it off, I was quoted $65 beforehand but charged $70 at checkout. Completely unsatisfied and would not recommend.

The woman who did my nails put clear polish on for the base of my French tips and you could see where my real nails were under the polish. When I told her I didn’t like this she said “you should’ve told me sooner” and proceeded to put a finishing coat on. I asked her to redo the polish in a solid color if she wasn’t going to fix them and she was clearly irritated with that request. And proceeded to paint my nails a different color than what I had asked for but I had already been there for 2 hours so I just bit my tongue and still was charged $60 for nails that I am very unhappy with and were nothing close to what I asked for.

A very average experience, I came to get my dip polish removed and just a manicure with no polish. The place and staff was nice. They removed my polish but nicked the skin around my nails a couple of times. The manicure was also very brief. She cut and shaped the nail well but little cuticle touch up done was very choppy.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in. The woman didn’t even say hello. Told me to sit. She didn’t get the old polish off, so I had red polish all around the outsides of my nails. I had asked for a French, a thin lined French and she seemed irritated. There was no cuticle cleanup or a trim. She put the white on first and then she came in with the light pink and just put a swipe on the nail… there were my real nails with no polish showing all around the edges. I said to her this doesn’t look right she got up and the other woman came over and was going to try to fix it. I got up and walked out. Terrible customer service. Terrible skills. She was sloppy. She was rough. When I called to complain after I left, the woman seem uninterested in hearing my complaints.NEVER AGAIN!!!

I got a manicure from here as I was recommended by my sister who got her nails done weeks ago and they are staying strong and the designs were perfect and for a good price! I asked for my middle two fingers to look like the inspiration picture and the other three to be French tip and it turned out exactly how I imagined! My step mom and cousin got their nails done at the same time and they were just as perfect! I would recommend this for anyone and everyone! My nails were a perfect outcome in the end!!! My step mom had a manicure and pedicure and she also agreed that this was the best pedicure she has had because they massaged her legs, hot towels, and rocks were all included! Best experience ever, I will be coming here every time.
Cleanliness: Super clean and organized!

Nails and polish application are soo bad!! My gel polish wasn't even dried when I left. I will not be back! They are pushy to have other stuff done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Staff seemed annoyed that my friend and I were there. My nailed
Tech TOLD me what I’d be getting that day because my nails are to short ( I prefer extra short, I wasn’t asked what I would like to have done) I asked for extra short, I’d say it’s about a medium length. Asked for round was given square. Lengths are all slightly off I know they wouldn’t be prefect but I can feel the difference between each. The nail tech station was fairly orderly. I should have walked out when I she took out the bur blocks. Very dirty, caked in previous product. 10/10 would not recommend. My nails have never been sore after a full set. Do your research and stay away.

If you don't speak the language, consider bringing along someone who does. Then you'll know how VIP things really are. lol. Rough and impatient experience for a nail spa. Cảm ơn VIP Nails.

My sister and I had appointments at 5:30pm we showed up about 5 minutes before our appointments to give us enough time to find a color. We walked in and started looking at colors, the one lady yelled across to us and said she was ready for one of us, so my sister had to rush and find a color. Then I continued to look for a color and a lady walked about and wanted to know the color I wanted, I showed her the color in a rush because I didn’t have much time to really look. She took me to her station and she started working on my nails. While she was working on my nails her and a guy sitting next to her kept laughing and looking at my natural nails, they she proceeded to tell me that they were laughing at my natural nails. I felt so embarrassed and awkward at that point I just wanted to leave. She puts my tips on and then cracks one and instead of fixing it she just kept working on them. (Now the nail that is crack is very weak and ready to break). She didn’t even ask me how long or short I wanted them she just cut them to her liking.When it was time to go wash my hands the lady that was doing my nails had me sit and the guys station for him to paint my nails because she wanted to leave. While my hands were under the lights he grabbed my wrist and shoved it into the lamp more. My sister told me her lady never talked to her and kept whipping her nose then continued to work on her nails with the hands she just whipped her snot with. As it came time to leave we paid for our nails and then as we were walking out the lady goes “no tip”. As we do usually leave tips but with that experience we didn’t because it was just so awful. We were so rushed that they had our nails done in about 30’mins. We will not be going back to this place!

I've been here before and it was fine, but they always feel rushed and annoyed that you're there. Today I went to get nails done before a huge trip to Europe and paid $60. I had to go back in because they just looked so bad. They were all different lengths and the color was inconsistent. These are pictures of the "fix". Flooded cuticles, already lifting, uneven base. Looks absolutely horrible underneath. Never have had nails this bad. I will absolutely not be back. Go somewhere else, plenty of other salons
