I took my son into a badger care appointment which is supposed to be free of charge to us and the Dr duped my son into thinking he needed a contact lense exam without my permission so they can charge us $80. I didn't not make a contact lense exam I made an eye glass exam. Beware of the scammers

I stopped in to have the bow in my glasses repaired as the screw fell out. I purchased the glasses from this store. The employee who waited on me had no idea which screw to use. I suggested she look up the frame for assistance, but she did not do that. She got more and more frustrated trying to get a screw in the bow of my frame. At one point, in front of customers she said, “Gosh I hope we do not sell many of these frames!” Seriously? She also said in front of customers “you must have done something to these glasses!” I was embarrassed and quite frankly appalled that an employee would speak to someone like this. She finally gave up and asked the general manager (who was in the back the whole time) to come and help. This employee did, and she was friendly and professional.

The remote eye exam went great. All technicians in store and remotely, along with optometrist were very courteous, patient and professional. Good exam

I was appalled. While waiting on the chair for my appointment, the optometrist's assistant proceeded to ask me preliminary health history questions right in front of other customers. I almost left then but then the office manager came out to tell me that I wasn't insured! Not true at all. She just had to look in the right place. I will never go back to Vision Works. Headed to Shopko Optical.

Showed up for my appt today and was told that my appt had been canceled and that they had left me a message. NO MESSAGE HAD BEEN LEFT! In fact, Ihad just received an email verification that morning confirming my appt. I live an hour away and had taken the day off work for this appt. Terrible service. I will take my business elsewhere since they don't seem to care enough about their customers. Will not go back to this company...ever.

This store has gone totally downhill. There is no way to get anyone on the phone. I tried for two weeks. The calls went to corporate twice. They promised me that they would contact the Eau Claire store for me and have someone call me. Twice it never happened. I have a pair of frames that are cracking - from their store. I scheduled an eye exam only to have it cancelled one hour prior to the appt. Apparently, staffing issues. I am soon going to be without glasses due to the pair mentioned about to break. I went elsewhere this week for an exam and glasses. I have never seen an optical business run like this. I almost never leave a review, or complain, but this is awful!

I scheduled an appointment online over a month ago and they called me a day before my appointment to tell me it won’t work. The lady I talked to said the eye doctor is only in on Tuesdays and Thursdays and not in past 3:30 pm. I could get over the not ideal eye exam hours, but not that they informed me of this the day prior when they knew about my appointment for a month.

Whoa. A couple of the roughest experiences I've had with any business. First visit lasted way longer than expected because the person working reception/checkout takes fooorrrreeeeverrrrr.Had them order some contact samples and got a call about a week later that they were in.Went to the store to pick them up, and the gates were down and locked, with a note saying to come back at 2:40pm (about 30 min from when I got there). I went back and again had an agonizingly slow wait as the receptionist found my contacts, and then waited again for several minutes before she started saying something about the contacts having been "checked in wrong" and having two lefts instead of a left and a right.At that point I had been waiting a total of almost an hour for what should have been a 5-minute stop, so I bailed.They did call me back a little while later to tell me the correct contact would arrive in about 10 more days. Probably not worth the wait, and I've got no desire to go back to Visionworks again.

I've been waiting weeks for my glasses. nobody answers their phone. I went in the store a week ago to find out where they are and they claimed they'll "get back to me". I'm still waiting. at this point I just want my $400 back. I've put in a complaint with corporate and still no resolution. I'm not sure the woman even put in my order. if you want glasses, don't go here! I've been using them for years and will never go back.

Ordered me the wrong glasses. Nobody is getting back to me even after calling customer service and being told a District Manager would get in touch the next day. We are on 1 week today. And the glasses I did receive have a chip out of the frame. The two star is because the lady that did my exam who comes from the MN store was awesome and the virtual doctor was great . They get stars only.

Trash, loses orders, when you go there nobody "working" there actually works there... just borrowing staff from other stores and people don't have answers. If they say they're call you back, they absolutely won't!

Unfortunately, there was only one person working in the front and one in the back when I took my daughter to her appointment. Ended up being like two plus hrs. Now almost a week after expected completion date. No glasses! And the worst part is They cannot even provide an expected completion date. Said maybe they would have a date in 3-5 days. Went there because her glasses were broken, they are obviously vital, especially for school.

Not only is you examine done by video chat and it is done quickly. You deal with a lady who doesn't listen. The dr suggested single lens for my computer work as I was having issues with bifocals. I told the lady that my insurance would not pay for new frames this year. Do I got my bifocals and single vision. I paid what she said my insurance didn't cover. Then a month later I get a bill for my frames because the d*** b charged it to my insurance. Lady I would have went without the single vision glasses. That b should have to pay it. I won't go back or recommend this place!
