I have been getting my pain meds filled her for years. Same Dr same script. September they were out finally 4 days later I get them to to a partial fill and my Dr has to send a new script for the rest.. 3 weeks later still no meds. So I have to drive to la Crosse Walgreens where they have some. October time for my refill. The doctor sent the script four days early just because they've always been out. 2 days after the should have it filled I get a out of stock notice.. So I go into Walgreens the next day an hour drive. And I asked what's up?last month you guys didn't have it. Had to drive to La Crosse to get it and this month you guys say your out again. The lady at the cashier says hold on goes over to the pharmacist. The pharmacist says oh our carrier doesn't carry hydromorphone anymore. You can't get it from here. I said is that for all Walgreens and she said yes. It was a lie. I called the other location after husband found a link about Walgreens doing this to people on pain meds if they don't want to fill it. Everyone on a pain management program should boycott this Walgreens because the meds they sell is how much they get for a bonus. They want to cause us physical pain, we will cause them pain to their pocket book. My Dr sent my script to Walmart where they filled it no problem.

I have been trying to refill a prescription for 5 weeks using the Walgreens app. it cancels it after a week or so. I go back on app and submit. I called last week which was the 5th week and a man said the will
fill it they are running behind. Here I am another week past and on hold for 45 min with the store. I will be living all my families prescriptions.

The absolutely worst pharmacy in E.C. The first two times they filled my wife's workman's comp script instead of billing it to W/C insurance tehy ran it through GoodRX and we had to pay a copay. Today they billed it right and told me this morning it went through and would be ready in 30min. Now over 5 hours later they say there is a problem with the insurance and connected me to the dispensing pharmacy. I've been on hold for over 20min and am still waiting. This pharmacy sucks!!!!

I went to the ER they sent the RX to the Walgreens on Hastings saying it’s open 24 hours so I drive all the way there and guess what not open even the sign on the store itself says 24 hour pharmacy so I believe they are false advertising and should take the sign down

This store has never failed to disappoint! Since using this pharmacy, Walgreens in general but this is the one I specifically refer to, I have been nothing but dissatisfied. I call in my refills timely and am given a specific time they will be ready. NOT ONCE in 4 months has the promised time been honored. I have ALWAYS arrived at least 1 hour later than the time they give me yet sti wait. After waiting in the drive up for up to 1/2 hour (the inside line is always with 6-12 customers deep so I wait in my car where I can at least listen to the radio) only to be told my order is STILL not ready and to come back in "blah/blah" time just to be in line at least another 1/2 hour. I pay cash.....I've been asked for hundreds dollars more than should be charged. Then all of a sudden they find my "insurance " which currently I do not have, and my cost is decreased by more than 200$. Never say never, but only in the case of emergency I will never spend another dime at any Walgreens. If you want horrible service and inflated prices this is the place to go!

Extremely slow. Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes with no help. Even going inside is a chore, always a long line. Expect to be here at least an hour for even the simplest of pick ups

It is without fail I sit in line to pickup my prescription for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Honestly is quite ridiculous. Either they need more staff or cannot have an open pharmacy. Simple as that. Will be switching to CVS in the future.

Line at pharmacy most hours of the day. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes unless you come in the middle of the night.

I come here all the time. I came to get a Redbox movie tonight and while outside a man kept creeping closer and closer to me until finally trying to start a conversation. The man become aggressive when I asked him to step away from me and not get any closer. I am a small woman and had I not had my boyfriend with me the situation would have ended very different I feel. The man mentioned that he 'carried' and kept getting closer after I asked him to step away. I called Walgreens to tell them my concerns and that there was a man being threatening and weird and they completely brushed it off and said there is nothing they can do outside of their store - I understand this. But it was directly outside the Redbox machines, on their sidewalk... I will not be going to Walgreens anytime soon because of how unsafe I felt tonight and the way they treated the situation. The man on the phone was extremely rude and sounded as if he didn't believe me. Stay away from this location!!!!

So my favorite two features of this location were the drive-through and the fact that they were open at 3 AM when I get done with work. Now the drive-through is closed, and they're open 8 AM to 8 PM. I go in and stand in line for half an hour and get absolutely nowhere. Why do they even bother advertising when they can't serve the customers they have? Who is doing the hiring? Who is making the decisions for these crazy hours that are now limiting my ability to get in and get my prescriptions? What kind of business are they trying to run here? I am definitely looking for somewhere else to go. This is absolutely ludicrous.

The manager is very abrupt and when you make a suggestion he gets defensive . Suggested that they set up two lines in pharmacy one for shots one for Rx's. He said he tried it but people kept jumping lines. Drive up closed says not enough help yet he had three staff in front part of store doing nothing as there were 18 waiting in line for pharmacy. Very poor management have been using this store for 20+ years maybe time to go across street to CVS
