My family bought a grill at the Walmart in Eau claire today 6/25/25 and ALL the bolts and nuts were missing. I called customer service and a Matt I talked to would not provide me with any information and had me talk to COACH NICOLE. I would rate her a 0 out of 10. For her lack of customer service. She hung up on me in the middle of a heated argument. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and a degree in Human Resources. I know my rights and the law to a T. She shouldn’t be a “COACH” or any representative of Walmart what so ever. This was/is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any stores I’ve ever been to. I called the headquarters of the Human Resources department and I’m waiting to hear back. We called the manufacturer of the grilll and they said Walmart would do a refund. They refused to do a refund while my boyfriend has been working on this piece of shit grill for 8 hours they expect us to take it back apart which will take another 8 hours. I would not recommend Walmart grills to ANYONE….and also I do not believe “Mrs. Coach Nicole” needs to learn how customer service works. I’m appalled at this situation and believe Walmart needs to make it right. Unacceptable from every angle. Absolutely appalling.

The floors were a bit dirty and we had to wait awhile for self checkout. We weren't able to find anyone to help us find what we were looking for, but we did manage to find it on the Walmart website which directed us to the right aisle.

My experiences shopping here have become more disappointing with each visit since 2020. It's become a bad habit I must break.. More money for less quantity and quality. On my last visit. I left the store and went to another for the product I was looking for.

Someone give Ethan in the electronics a raise because every time I’m there, he’s the only one back there dealing with multiple customers at once and he never ever seems overwhelmed or upset. good worker right there??.

It's a Walmart, with all the things you'd expect of a Walmart: grocery, pharmacy, automotive, clothing, electronica, household, toys, outdoor departments.
There is parking for pickup for online orders. It's next door to a Sam's Club, so you could go to that. This location has a subway, so you could get a quick bite to eat before, or after shopping.
There's a Kwik Trip, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, McDonald's, Fazoli's, and other gas stations nearby.
This store is generally clean, and organized. Spacious enough to include a lot of items, and choices for subgrouped products. The employees are usually nice, and helpful. It's location is pretty good for what is around it, and so you're not having to just drive to it.
This location hasn't changed since my review, but there are always new restaurants nearby.
