Customer service is poor and slow. Also, don’t try calling because you won’t get through to anyone.

If you enjoy waiting in line for the one teller they have working, this bank is for you.

Will not accept loose coins, can’t direct you to a location that does. Advised if I get them wrapped they’ll take them, but I’m guessing not if it’s been done by hand. (Classic Wells Fargo loophole). I’m slowly moving accounts away from them (mortgage, auto loans, savings… etc). Not just this location the company as a whole is getting harder to deal with. After being with them for 37 years I’m fed up. It’s unfortunate their app and website are so convenient, that keeps me here for some things.

The team is amazing and super helpful, but usually the waiting time is 15 minutes minimum because Wells Fargo want allow them more staffIt seems like a a sweatshop in there.

I have my money in this bank however the service that's offered as a client to the bank sucks there rude and too busy to assist with most simple functions. Once my business is concluded I would rather sock my money in a mattress before ever using this bank again get some people skills (Alex).

Horrible bank, don't ever open anything at this bank! The legal team reviewers are a bunch of thieves. Total conversion which is theft!

Terrible customer service. This location only has one Banker. You are required to make an appointment to see them (even though that notice is not posted anywhere). My husband and I walked in not realizing this, and were turned away. We are both already Wellsfargo account holders, and the bank was completely empty. I asked if we could sit and wait, on the chance that the banker finished up earlier than expected or had a cancellation, but was told no. The teller referred us to their website to book an appointment. Next available opening isn’t for another 5 days. We had coordinated a babysitter for this, and are moving out of state this week, so it was our only opportunity to go in. Very frustrating to see that a small branch, on a dead Thursday morning, couldn’t even try to accommodate existing customers. If a single walk-in appointment can’t be helped, then they should have more than one Banker.

Why does nobody pick up the phone anymore when I try to call the branch??? Unbelievable. Can never get ahold of anyone. You have got to have people answering phones if you post a number

What a joke of a bank. Went to deposit cash in a friend's account and wouldn't accept it. Said it had to be a check os money order. Then when I got back with the money order, said have would be available that day and half the next. Poor excuse for a bank.

Though not this building specifically but wells Fargo in general is absolutely ridiculous. I have a car loan through them. My situation is that if I mess up my login 1 time I am immediately locked out of my account. I've spent hours on the phone being transferred and given numbers to call or temporary passwords to put in. I've been asked to provide card numbers that don't work because my card isn't linked to my account do to not having a way to get to my account number and no one on the phone can tell me info about my account even if I give them all my info to prove it is me. I honestly can say working with Wells Fargo has been extremely stressful and I am going to be paying off my loan in full simply to avoid working with them anymore.

You have a mask required sign at entrance of bank. I was in with mask on and when leaving a child coughed and was not wearing a mask. Why was he and parent not approached with your requirements?

My brother just went and met with Rick about being a first time home buyer and what he will need to do to get set up to buy a house. He is not familiar on what to do to buy a house and I told him to go to Wells Fargo as I bank there and have a good exerpience in the Twin Cities. I am embarrassed on how rude Rick was to him. He is a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions and basically told him if he wants to shop around he isnt going to waste his time to continue the conversation. He also told him that he will get a better experience with him (not that he showed that) but their rates are higher. Not only is that bad service he absolutely does not feel comfortable going back to Wells Fargo to help him with his first home buying experience. Sad that this was his experience. I will no longer refer people to wells fargo if this is the experience they get.
