“Service quality is excellent, and pricing is fair. No qualms there.
However, upon my wife picking up our vehicle from service, she walked into them talking about the smell of the interior.
Which, yes, is unpleasant, but requires context.
(In short, we're a poor family, and can't afford to get it detailed but NEED a functioning vehicle that won't get pulled over)
So while the service is good, jugdemental attitudes towards your vehicle may be encountered. For a small town, that's not a good business practice.
Wife may not necessarily be willing to return for future service.”

“Brought in a car that 5 other mechanics in the area couldn't fix , had an estimate from another shop that said We needed a 2400 dollar timing belt . These guys said all it needed was a distributor , was repaired for 1/4 what others wanted and haven't had a problem since .
