“Service quality is excellent, and pricing is fair. No qualms there.
However, upon my wife picking up our vehicle from service, she walked into them talking about the smell of the interior.
Which, yes, is unpleasant, but requires context.
(In short, we're a poor family, and can't afford to get it detailed but NEED a functioning vehicle that won't get pulled over)
So while the service is good, jugdemental attitudes towards your vehicle may be encountered. For a small town, that's not a good business practice.
Wife may not necessarily be willing to return for future service.”
“My daughter got stranded at A rest stop and Irvington garage was able to give her a tow and look at her vehicle and help take care of her was all a relief for Dad that’s 1000 miles away!”
“Mike & his crew are always ready to help at the drop of a hat. If they have the time they will fix you up and get you back on the road! They are very professional & great prices!”
“Very graciously took my car in for an emergency repair. Parts were ordered and my car was fixed within 3 weeks. My subframe rusted out and the quote was very fair, and much less than I anticipated. I will 100% be back with any car issues. Thank you mike!”
“Brought in a car that 5 other mechanics in the area couldn't fix , had an estimate from another shop that said We needed a 2400 dollar timing belt . These guys said all it needed was a distributor , was repaired for 1/4 what others wanted and haven't had a problem since . We now take all our vehicals to them .Very honest and trustworthy which is impossible these days ! These guys aren't out to get rich more to help their customers . Say hi to the 3 legged dog running around who usually will be the first to great you at the door ...lolServices: Auto exhaust system repair”
“Very pleased with my new set of Destination AT2s for my truck. Nate provided me feedback on the tire options I was thinking about that helped with my final decision. Becky and Sam got the tires in and installation done quickly. Thanks much.”
“Jeff is very skilled and courteous. He has a passion for his work and treats you and your vehicle as if it’s his own. Very clean and organized, best mechanic by far! Highly recommended”
“Joe was great to work with! I initially brought my truck into another auto shop in Eau Claire originally that quoted me over $1,100 to replace the entire brake system. Thankfully, I got a second opinion at JR Auto who was able to fix my brakes for a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend JR Auto!”

“So funny story, but I ran out of gas ⛽ in this town and the guy here was my last hope. He filled my gas stank up to a half tank for me, and even pumped up my flat tires. Very nice guy and a life saver, so thank you :)”
