I've printed comics with ColorVision 3 times and each experience has been great! Especially my first time, each person on staff helped with all my questions, even over the phone. The 2nd time I reprinted more copies of the initial issue, and the colors were spot-on! I've used both J-press and digital press and they're both great options. I always get a hard copy proof to test how a big order will look - an investment, but it's worth it.

Reached out to them about a large order with a firm in-hand date to use for an event. I reached out to them to confirm they were on track, and they told me that I would have to pay more than the initial quote due to the cover being dark (which they knew before they started printing, obviously) or they would arrive damage. Despite this being a pretty unfair choice to give a customer, I agreed to pay extra for quality. And yet despite the added gloss coating, they still showed up peeling and flocking right out of the box. So, a dark cover with a bunch of small white patches visible through the cover. Since I was stuck at the last minute at an event and no other way to get the books, I used them anyway. A bad situation, I would never have ordered again, but I was ready to chalk it up to a learning experience and move on. Then they came back to me AFTER that and told me that they wanted me to pay even MORE money, on top of the initial quote and on top of the extra money they already demanded. I refused and showed pictures of the books, and they admitted they were not the quality that would normally be approved from them but they had subcontracted it. However, they offered no recompense whatsoever--no money back, no partial refund, not even a discount on future products. Just said that's the way it goes. And then STILL attempted to get the additional money from me for extra books they printed that I did not ask for and cannot use since they arrived damage. Honestly it's offensive. They got thousands of dollars for defective work and keep insisting on getting an addition two hundred dollars because they can't take responsibility for literally anything in the process. Not good. Run away.
