“When Honda was giving me issues with wanting their loaner vehicle back, Paul Luce (store manager of safelite Janesville) and Zach (safelite repair technician) worked with me to make things easy! Despite Honda telling me to move my vehicle out of their garage, Zach and his trainee came out and replaced my windshield in LESS THAN 30mins!!! My car was on, and my child was in the car throughout the entire process - which may seem small but for a customer that sometimes needs accommodations, it was truly an appreciated gesture for them to work regardless of the situation. Both of them were personable, respectful, caring, QUICK, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. They took a stressful situation and made it a great experience with laughter, jokes, and great results. 10/10 would recommend!
