had a stone chip repair with this company, and the repaired spot started to crack out in less than 2 months. Called back for help, the lady answered the my call was kind rude once she heared that there was a problem with their work, and kept saying this happens in less than 1%. And she said they would not refund the money, unless i replace the whole window with their company. The whole thing sounds like a scam. The size of the stone chip was really small, less than 1/8 inch. I did not expect that their work did not even last for 2 months. I chose this company because of their online reviews and reasonable price. I will not choose this company to replace my window, even through this means that they will not refund the money i payed for repairing the stone chip.

Highly recommended. They worked with my insurance company and got things going in the right direction. All I had to do was answer some questions and pay my deductible. They accect online payments for. They came to my residence to replace my windshield while I was at work.

Such good service. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and practical.The molding was falling out across the top of my windshield. I was prepared for a much bigger repair bill. But Sam inspected it and interviewed me for some background. He recommended we just glue it back, for now. And if it ever leaks, we'll do the whole glass removal / re-seal at that time -- and even credit today's charges back to me. Can't lose.
