“I shop at Piggly Wiggly regularly here in town and I wanted to take a moment to recognize a young man named (Zack) who works in the deli.

I was especially impressed by how professionally he handled a very busy and stressful situation. There were several individuals who were becoming impatient, including one particular customer who was extremely short-tempered. Despite the pressure and bizarre outburst from this customer Zack remained calm, respectful, well-mannered, and completely composed.
He was running back and forth handling what appeared to be the majority of the deli responsibilities helping everybody that came to the deli counter and he managed everything remarkably smoothly.
He never lost his patience, never became disrespectful, and continued treating everyone with the same courtesy and professionalism.
Customer service like that deserves to be recognized.
Zack showed maturity, patience, a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. He was clearly working hard to keep everything moving
