They just got my truck in and quoted me a big job to fix the problem. They were pretty awesome about answering all my questions and giving me a little time to process spending that much money to fix it. We came to a solution and they made it very easy to recommend them so far. As far as I can tell they are very reasonably priced when reading other forums. Gonna bug them one more time today to see if I can get pictures of it with the cab lifted.

Truck #2 I've had tuned from Bob, and its just as amazing as the 1st one! BEST TUNER HANDS DOWN! I have nothing but good to say about my experiences with twisted diesel! I had an injector go out in my service truck. They came out and diagnosed it on the spot with the computer and showing #4 was throwing a code. He got my injector ordered and after dropping it off the night before, he had it fixed and ready for pickup in less than a 24hr period. You cant beat that. Truck made a trip to Busco Beach pulling a camper and back without any problems and been rolling on good with my service calls. A++

Wont stand behind their work. Replaced turbo center section twice due to smoke issues and also re installed my wicked wheel. Claimed my wicked wheel was the reason my turbo kept leaking oil into the exhaust after the 2nd failed repair. Claimed the smoke would go away after the first repair due to oil still in the down pipe...it didn't. We took the truck back after calling and letting them know it still had an issue. Was told to keep driving for a bit the smoke will go away..

Recently had a new trans and turbo all done through twisted. They make sure to go out of their way to ensure you're happy and the job is done correctly the first time wouldn't go to any other diesel shop in Hampton roads area

They do great work we send several fire vehicles as well as ambulances to them on a regular basis and is my go to with who I refer any of my customers looking for power stroke repair, friendly and great customer service with work you can count on when it has to be done right.
