“This is honestly the best vet clinic we've ever been too. They care so much about our animals and they are kind and friendly people. We saw Dr. Motz today who was the first vet in ages to successfully clip our chug's nails and even showed us how she did it. Dr. Osgood has also been fantastic on our visits with her. I would never want to take our fur babies anywhere else.”

“We took our Dog Lucy here. She already had 1 injured right back. Then she injured back left leg. The vet was so kind, since she was an abused rescue. You never felt rushed, she explained everything and answered all our questions. Prices were very reasonable.”

“I’ve been going to Chalet for going on 2 yrs. They are very kind and understanding. Last year I lost my puppy Bella unexpectedly. When I found my puppy unresponsive I rushed into chalet and they tried their best to save her. They were so empathetic and tried to console me. Obviously I was a wreck but they did their best to help me with her loss even gave me and my sons paw prints of my Bella. They are awesome . Now they see my 2 puppy’s and still the best with them.”

“They have always treated my furbabies and I like family! We've been going to the Janesville Vet clinics for over 14 years. Recently, we had to put one of our babies down. It was so traumatic for my children and I, but the staff treated us with kid gloves. So kind, caring, compassionate. I can not thank them enough. Even the weeks since we lost our Karma, they have been so wonderful.”

“Right now you call from your car when your appointment time is, and they'll let you in, when you're masked, they will also be masked. Safety first! Pets do not need to wear masks... for now! Recently went to Janesville Vet Clinic East with my fuzzy chi boy, Sir Paris Von Floof, for his paw check up. We saw Dr. Nicole. Now, this was a bit confusing, as we had previously gone to the West clinic, and called for a follow up, and no one told us to go to the other clinic, so we were late to the follow up, but it's all good, because they aren't too far apart, and we were allowed to be late. The techs and Dr. Nicole are all very, very nice. They adore Sir Paris, and spend most of the visit telling him how cute he is, which he is quite aware of, but never gets sick of hearing about. I really thought it was quite thoughtful how many signs they had up regarding important health and safety information, regarding such things as "NO HUGS OR HANDSHAKES WILL BE GIVEN which is especially hard for the staff during times of euthanasia" (paraphrasing, possibly? Going from memory), all rooms are sanitized after each use, and the sign warning that peanut butter is used in all exam rooms, so if you have an allergy, let them know. I mean, this is important stuff that you should see in more vet offices, but you don't. They're really stepping up the game here. They have a basket of dog toys in the hallway. Paris got his nails trimmed, tested his paws for yeast, and got some medicated wipes for his little feetses, we're going to wait and see if this stops him from incessantly licking/chewing his paws and legs. This place is kinda moderately pricey, but it's very nice, there's no wait, and they're very nice.”

“While visiting family over the holidays our 14 year old dog had to be unexpectedly put down. The staff at Badger Veterinary Hospital were understanding of our situation and accommodating after we were turned away by other vets in the area as we didn't live in Janesville and were not clients already. The veterinarian at Badger Veterinary Hospital made an emotional experience as comfortable as possible while we were 6 hours from home on the day after Thanksgiving. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten note along with paw prints to remember Rosie with in the mail a few days after returning home. That meant a lot to our family, especially our 9 year old daughter.”
