“I took my elderly cat here because we brought in an outside cat and he had ear mites. When we were doing the checks for ear mites, we also found he had hyperthyroidism and they gave us a medication for it and they called us the next day to make sure he was taking it OK and that everything was going well so I highly recommend him. The staff is nice and friendly.”

Her medication is working and her poor little paws are not getting chewed to bits. It has been a very bad allergy season. Thank you! “Everyone is very friendly and quick to help. Unfortunately we had to bring our cat in due to her not eating or drinking and throwing up. We brought her in twice with no positive results. We finally ended up at UW where they found a linear foreign body (string) which involved 75% of her intestines. We could have lost our baby because the vet here did not think that the clumping of our cats intestines was weird. We had the X-rays from badger sent there and their vets immediately knew what was wrong and she was taken to emergency surgery. I am thankful for the nice staff but we could have lost our fur child. Not overly impressed with emergency care but will bring her back for check ups when needed due to location.”

“Right now you call from your car when your appointment time is, and they'll let you in, when you're masked, they will also be masked. Safety first! Pets do not need to wear masks... for now! Recently went to Janesville Vet Clinic East with my fuzzy chi boy, Sir Paris Von Floof, for his paw check up. We saw Dr. Nicole. Now, this was a bit confusing, as we had previously gone to the West clinic, and called for a follow up, and no one told us to go to the other clinic, so we were late to the follow up, but it's all good, because they aren't too far apart, and we were allowed to be late. The techs and Dr. Nicole are all very, very nice. They adore Sir Paris, and spend most of the visit telling him how cute he is, which he is quite aware of, but never gets sick of hearing about. I really thought it was quite thoughtful how many signs they had up regarding important health and safety information, regarding such things as "NO HUGS OR HANDSHAKES WILL BE GIVEN which is especially hard for the staff during times of euthanasia" (paraphrasing, possibly? Going from memory), all rooms are sanitized after each use, and the sign warning that peanut butter is used in all exam rooms, so if you have an allergy, let them know. I mean, this is important stuff that you should see in more vet offices, but you don't. They're really stepping up the game here. They have a basket of dog toys in the hallway. Paris got his nails trimmed, tested his paws for yeast, and got some medicated wipes for his little feetses, we're going to wait and see if this stops him from incessantly licking/chewing his paws and legs. This place is kinda moderately pricey, but it's very nice, there's no wait, and they're very nice.”

“Our Rocky has a loose tooth and they were very informative and let me know how the surgery was going to be. Dr. Kaitlyn even gave him some medicine to help calm him before surgery”

“Dr. McSweeney and Denise (receptionist) have cared for Mila for about 17 yrs. There have been some major health issues during those years and I always know that the team at All Creatures will take good care of my beloved pet as well as our family's relationship with the pet. They are very good listeners and present facts and solutions to try and guide the very best decisions for healthcare. I read another review here that someone complained that they felt they were being charged for things without knowing. In my experience I ask for an estimate of services and they are always willing to provide that. I also know what I am facing for costs. Sometimes life gets in the way and healthcare of an animal goes by the wayside for a bit. The staff at All Creatures never makes you feel bad for not taking your pet in for awhile , they simply pick up where we're at now. I would recommend this veterinary care clinic to anyone looking for reasonable, quality care. We've been very satisfied.”

“We have had great service for years for many dogs. They are caring and compassionate. We have had several different veterinarians and all have treated my pets as their own. With all the craziness the pandemic brought they always made my pets comfortable going in and they looked delighted coming out. Several times they have opted to wait on expensive procedures to see if what we tried worked first. We talk through options and decide on the best and most cost effective treatment. We are very happy with their service and their professionalism.”

“We called ahead and while I’m sure it’s not always the case, we were able to walk in and get assistance right away. Everyone was incredibly nice and supportive. I was very nervous about the whole process as we were monitoring our dog all day and I was anxious we’d have to end up taking her in overnight. Fees were very up front and discussed before anything was done so we knew exactly what to expect. Zero pushing of any tests, diagnostics etc that we did not think was necessary and no judgment about anything we didn’t want. Treatment helped my dog pull through. Very grateful for everyone there and would highly recommend!”
