Service was helpful. Location is great.
Unfortunately, the linens and towels had bright brown stains :/ Window didn’t shut and our King suite was located right next to a walking path so we heard people talking throughout the night.

The rooms aren't bad but everything in our room was sticky and wet constantly and the doors didn't shut properly so everything had to be slammed shut. Otherwise it's a very decent location

I can not not sleep because of the strong moldy smell,
It is 1:30 am now and felt sick.
I asked if I could change the room but the all the hotel rooms are full.
Worst ever experience
They said they had a big storm last week so it can be smelly. They should not have sold this room until the unhealthy moldy odor is gone. We are traveling and have no choice but to stay since other hotels are full in busy season in door county no rooms available.

Good location. Good price for what you are offered.
Bathrooms are large but the bedroom itself is small.
The mattress needs replaced.
The general curb appeal of the inn is - it needs some polish. Dirty lawn furniture, and dead plants in flower pots everywhere. We only stayed one night.

My wife already left a review but it was so bad it deserves my review as well.
The room was ridiculously bad in many ways. Worst of all the issues there was black mold behind the toilet tank. In addition to that there was garbage and debris in multiple areas in the room. Food remnants left behind as well as a piece of clothing. The carpets were so dirty it turned your feet and socks black. Towel bars were missing and broken. The sink was draining very slowly and was close to being completely stopped up. We found out the mini fridge power ended up being controlled by a light switch by the door without our knowledge. At one point we turned off the switch to turn off the lights and the food inside the fridge spoiled because we were unaware. The room had a bad musty smell. Not as important but as a note, the cable TV didn't function properly either.
I let the person working know and they had the manager Lacy call me back. She told me they would refund over 50% of my money back and it would come through booking.com. Unfortunately they never put through the info to booking as they had no record of it. They won't reply to booking's message. I've given them plenty of time to rectify it but after numerous calls to them where they said Lacy would call me back I haven't received any calls back. It's been almost 2 months and I haven't gotten my money or any communication. Needless to say I'm very frustrated and upset. I'd be upset if I paid $20 a night to stay at this place but it was 10 times as much.
**Update. Still never received a call back or my partial refund. Shady customer service.

I booked 10/25-10/26/24 with Lulli-Abbi Inn. I had to cancel the morning of 10/25 due to Covid. I called them 10/25am and submitted a cancellation to Booking.com. The receipt indicated I would get the 2nd night back. I contacted the Inn they said Booking.com deals with reimbursement. Booking.com said it’s up to the Inn. I called the Inn again and they indicate they would talk to the owner. I have not received any communication back as of 11/5. Pic attached of the receipt.

Contacted management by phone, email and text after horrible night due to awful mattress. It was like we were sleeping on a slide it was so worn. We were fighting rolling off the edges all night long. Management replied they were full and the bed was fine. I shared you can't tell a mattress is worn by looking at it. No response. Awful experience for us, but if you want to see if you have better results, have at it. You don't even get what you paid for in this case. No amenities: no pool, no breakfast, just a bed... and an awful one at that. I've been coming to Door County annually for 30 years, and this is the only establishment I've ever encountered a bad experience.

The rooms were comfortably compact, well appointed with amenities and a king size bed, and very clean. For all this, the room was one of the least expensive on the peninsula. Lull-Abi Inn stays on my GoTo list.

Already had low expectations because when we arrived, it took a few minutes for anyone to greet us and she told us that she did not expect our arrival because her boss said no one was checking in that day. I was concerned that we wouldn’t be able to check in and we would have to find somewhere else for the night, but we were able to get our key in the end. The room seemed nice as first, but then I started noticing things. The screen door had a tear in it, which let some bugs in, the patio door didn’t lock, the whole patio seems to have never been tidied up, there were missing tiles in the bathroom, the beds were rock hard, and the carpet was FILTHY. We had to wear shoes indoors otherwise we would have black feet. When we told the employee at check out that the carpet was gross, she said “it gets like that during the busy season” that is unacceptable. They are aware of the issue and choose to do nothing about it. I would not recommend this place, and I wish I saw all the bad reviews before booking.

The Lull-Abi is a cute inn tucked in the woods. Each room has an exterior entrance. They were on the rear of the building, facing the woods (which somehow felt safer to me). The rooms were appropriately sized. The double queen room had the sink on the outside of the bathroom, which is nice when multiple people are getting ready.
Things I liked-
- If you didn't want room service, you could place your used linens in a laundry basket (provided) outside your door. The linens were replaced with new linens and left for you.
- Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were Door County brand. They smelled nice.
- a fireplace, table, and chairs in front of the inn were inviting.
Dislikes-
- No elevator for stairs to the second floor
- Our beds were both incredibly firm- it was like a board with slight bounce.
- My brother stayed in a single queen. His bed was the opposite- very soft.
- As much as I appreciate the Door County soaps and stuff, I feel like it is irresponsible of provide these instead of refilling full sized containers.
- No pool.
- The free Wifi was really spotty.
