Mgr:It's a new year andHighway 42 STILL in need of customer service improvements.Serious training is required and it starts at the top.A new year ...same negative attitude from the female with blonde braides.She is kurt never smiles and never thank you for your business. Barely gives eye contact, really unprofessional. She even talks with 2 customers at once which is most rude.Mgt should be more awarebased on your ratings. lf she is unhappy with UPS then change jobs! You can easily fill these days.Sure you have applicants waiting on hold. People who would appreciate a good job, benefits and great income!This employee appears not to be a people person?She is not representing Ellenwood well and why many of my neighbors go to Rex instead.When Ms Linda retired Ellenwood lost a staple. She loved people and her job.There was only one Ms. Linda & Lord she is so missed. She would have 10 stars ? and fireworks! She was rare...Pay attention please Managers....this is and has been an ongoing people service problem.Our community deserves better rather than having to drive to another zip$$$$$$$code. A warehouse across the street soon....sure expects top service.
