The thing I found odd is they don't slice the meat, they leave it bulk. I really like it because it allows me to choose the thickness. I like my steaks medium rare and my wife likes hers medium.We had them make salami for us. It is great and I like the size (diameter) of it also.Plus they gave me a free knife.”
