Last time I was in, the counter staff cut me fresh filets as the ones in the case had been sitting, that's unheard of most days in any place of business. good!!!! The staff was polite in answering my questions and quick to help direct me to the meat I was looking for. They are always super busy which tells me I'm not the only customer who enjoys their products!
