Needed help retrieving a letter that I had forgotten to put an address on, before I dropped it into the outside mailbox. Elk Mound staff was very friendly and helpful. Great service Thank you.

There trying, with covid it really impacted how many peaple work there. And people just complaining from of the lack of people.
