Had A Auto Loan For 20,000.
Got Involved In A Truck Accident. Not My Fault.
Waiting On AAA To Settle My Dept. Was Told. I Had 2 Weeks. To Make A Payment.
Before A Late Fee And Collections.
Since My Insurance Was Covering It.
Did Get A Reimbursement On Past Payments. Since Truck Was Totaled.
Yet They Screwed My Credit Rating. And Told No! On A $4,000 Loan.
For A Used Truck.
Thanks For Nothing!

The evening before Thanksgiving I stopped in with a lending issue. The branch manager Emily made time to meet with me and gave my situation her personal attention. She was great.

Our CD is up for renewal. I can't reach anyone by phone to schedule an appointment and will need to drive to the closest branch to schedule something in person. Not returning messages and excessive hold times make it difficult to continue with them.

Never be involved in a car accident that wasn't your fault.. you get a check and they won't let you have it . Greedy people would and will tell everyone horrible treatment you can find better guaranteed.. suck holes..

Elkhorn branch employees are great.Elkhorn branch location is great.Elkhorn drive thru is quick and helpful.Just don't try to CALL the Elkhorn branch. Advia seems to think it is better to have a call center where you call is answered by an employee working out of an Advia location somewhere in the U.S.Their call center is hopelessly uninformed, and COMPLETELY detracts from the small town service the actual branch provides.Their corporate office defends this, and undoubdtely will do the same to this response. But in doing so, they will demonstrate their lack of concern about customers in a small town like Elkhron.PLEASE don't provide a canned answer. Listen to your customers, and develop a way to have Elkhorn branch employees, answer a phone call by Elkhorn branch customers, wo enjoy the small town atmosphere IN ELKHORN.

I was looking for a car loan and met Nicole she is the most wonderful person I told her I have some brain issues and she was so patient with me she explained things for me to understand it was so comforting for me. Thank you Nicole. I also worked with Brooke and she's wonderful person and she was so patient with me. She made me laugh it was so much fun. They are great girls.
