Michael. What can we say about Michael at the Service Desk. remember that phrase, 'Service Desk'. If I had the bad fortune of hiring a person like Michael, he would last about an hour. He gives the Public sector a bad name just by showing up. If I hated my job as much as he apparently does i would never show up for work, which would most likely suit his co-workers much better.And the middle aged blonde that works the counter, doesnt listen, is never wrong, and should work at Wal Mart, although I would not want to do that to the kind folks at Wal Mart. Tried asking a question when I walked up, was told to wait, then after a half hour ordeal she says 'if you would have told me that in the first place we could have avoided this'. well cookie, i tried, multiple times.Do yourself a favor, learn how to do things online or find another Office, even if its far away, its well worth the drive. And the only reason i gave it one star is because they actually figured out how to open in the morning that day.

I was there frok 1:30-4:30 with my 2 year old. It was a nightmare. However the staff was extremely patient. I didn't catch her name but the woman with shorter Grey hair and glasses was a godsend. I was there so long bc the Sr 22 company had the wrong license number on the insurance card, no fault of the dmv. But the woman was so patient, and even pushed her break to help me and another person. One other younger woman with brown hair offered my child a pen and paper to help keep her happy. And the first woman you meet at the info desk is always super polite and helpful. The situation was horrible but the people made it so so so much better. Thank you to everyone who helped me yesterday!

Efficient and friendly service. I am impressed. I avoided busy times and went at 1:45. Worked well.

Have to agree, customer service is lacking. Having to explain situations to several people and being spoken to tersely did not make for a very positive experience.

6/26/23 4pmOld, fat, grumpy masked guy at “welcome/checkin” counter is a pile of a human being.So rude and arrogant, not just to me but several nice ladies behind me. Just a total jerk.Everyone in this place works for the taxpayer, we pay all these bills, why do you staff people like this that we have to deal with? Seriously wanted to knock his teeth out. He has no patience and literally couldn’t answer the most basic of title questions.Filipino gal that works at desk in front of his was AWESOME!Totally got my questions answered and all figured out with truck title within 5 minutes.5 star service for her!

It's the DMV. Did you expect 5 stars? Lol. They did a proficient job and we were out in about an hour or so.

The wait has rarely been bad when I've been there. If you have your paperwork together you move through pretty quickly. I understand alot can be taken care of online. But if it can't or if you prefer to go in person the hours couldn't be more ridiculous for people who work. They close at 4:45, and if you are there that late the male worker especially will make you feel like he's doing you a favor by helping you. He's beyond rude. Customer service requires having a pleasant attitude.

Horrible experience. Out of all the times I went not a single good thing to say except that it’s somewhat clean. They seem annoyed by any simple question asked and easily dismissive. Who was in charge of hiring this staff? For whatever reason they come off as aggressive. Held me back for months now. Never coming back here EVER. Unbelievably pathetic staff, the attitude, the lack of respect… I feel sorry for anyone in their life’s that have to put up with them. I’ll suggest anyone to stay away from this place in general.
