  Rude employees. Elkhorn residents are in the top 3 cities in the state of Wisconsin for highest water and electricity rates. Not to mention the water has high levels of arsenic and lead. I don’t recommend drinking the water. If you pay your bill in person plan on dealing with rude employees. I haven’t found a polite... read full comment

  The ladies behind the counter that work in that cubicle are just flat out rude.Elkhorn utilitiy shouldinvest into employees that aremore human friendly.

  I just watched two employees from Elkhorn Light and Water come to a senior citizens door and threaten to shut off service if no payment was made. What was owed was less than $50. I know of another senior that was shut off today.What kind of a soulless company shuts off an elderly person?I think better can be done here.
