My car still has signs of damage from the collision, and now mismatched headlights. I should have listened to the reviews. I even pointed out all the damage, gerber blames insurance , insurance blames gerber. Guess who I won’t be using for business anymore?

Can't even reach them, if you pick glass option it automatically hangs up on you and if you pick auto repair it goes to a message about how mailbox isn't available.

I brought my car in to get it fixed after hitting a deer and going through insurance they said they fixed everything and before I was going on a trip and my ac went out I brought I back to them and they fixed it. Another issue my horn didn't work and my remote start didn't work I brought it back and they fixed my horn but said there's nothing the can do to fix the remote start I brought it to a dealership and they said the horn and remote start wires were crossed I told gerber about it and they refused to pay the $300 it cost to fix their mistake.

Alright.. I had some time to process this and think how to better put this words/warning.We brought our car (fairly a newer model) and what we got was the spray job (as expected) but with it came the clown show of how everything was put back together.Dirty liners, other parts that were put together just because they thought they were but nothing lined up. As it wasn't enough (this is were it gets better) we are told that the air bag system in our BMW is faulty and there is corrosion involved in one of the parts by the seat; and made it out problem. Really!The car had nothing of such. What it was and found out from the BMW dealership was that it a pinched wire causing the issue. On the left side of the liner where they had put back (I already mentioned dirty) The implications of it is that it had to be in our claim (so was the windshield they broke) and they were off the hook for the damage.The moral is simple, if your insurance insist to use this guys, find the courage I didn't have and bring it to a dealer or at least someone who has the minimum amount of honesty left.And shame on you and your "corrosion" lies and use gloves like normal techs do. Latex, cheap but they do the job. Next time find better lies to fool a customer!Sincerely.Services: Body & Trim
