—Please update pricing on your website. Some people have to budget for laundry and while the prices might be $1 or so higher now than on the site, having to pay a few dollars extra does make a difference.
— I bought 2 diet cokes that tasted awful and had to toss them. One from slot 34 and 35 (I think) they both were expired April 2024! Whoever services the vending machine needs to look at the drinks. I can’t find a number to call but I would like my $3 back somehow.
— I am here after hours and it is hot in here! Thermostat shows 78. I understand wanting to save on electricity overnight but it’s now cooler outside than in here.
With all that being said, this is my 2nd time here overnight. Fairly clean even with people not picking up after themselves. It looks like all machines are up and running. I installed the app before coming and it was very easy to use and to add cash to it from the machine. I also like that there an incentives for using it. I typically go to one in Delavan but they aren’t 24hrs.

I like the layout, I don't feel crowded trying to load machines like other places.
The first couple times I came it was very clean. The past couple times, not so much. Today I had to use two giant washers which cost more because all of the small washers were disgusting. This isn't the fault of the business, it's the fault of the community members who come here with zero regard for anyone else. If you leave behind an excessive mess, clean it like an adult.
Since a cleaner comes once per day I will try to come at different times from now on and hopefully get access to clean machines. If anyone knows what time the cleaners service, please let me know.

I have been coming here weekly for quite awhile. There's no other laundromat in comparison. Heated and or air conditioned depending on season. Cleaner then other locations. Equipment up to date. Large and extra large washers and dryers holding much more then other places. Don't let price throw you because they hold so much more in poundage. If a problem should arise, just text the number posted and a response is relatively quick. All of this, is the reason I won't go any where else! Oh, I also enjoy the Huebsch app, coinless and rewards earning too. Of course, coins can still be used if you choose to.

Great place to wash clothes but they have a guy that just comes in for free wifi doesn't wash clothes just brings in his computers and ice machine yes ice machine and sets up shop at the only table.

I'm going to give two stars for the payment system for the machines. Using the app instead of quarters is extremely handy in this day and age.
The issue is this Laundromat has been getting progressively less appealing to do laundry in over the last year.
At some point the front door locks were removed, meaning it's effectively become a 24 hour facility.
Since that happened, it seems like less and less care has been put into the place. Dirty floors, trash everywhere, and machines that aren't maintained. Mold grows in the detergent sections of the washers, and the dryers look like the lint traps never get cleaned.
The only real reason I still come to this Laundromat is I work 3rd shift, and my apartment buildings laundry room is off limits at night for noise reasons.
It's disappointing, because when I moved to this town a couple years ago, this Laundromat was amazing. Now it's getting to a point where I will refuse to do my laundry here.

Everything is brand new and in working condition. Love using the app. It's a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.
EDIT: It's been 2 years since this review and the place has gone downhill a bit. Machines still work but the place is almost always filthy. It smells foul and there are lots of bugs.

This place is hands down the most clean and the washers and dryers look brand new! I have been in many laundromats. Washer and dryer are huge!

Very clean facility. Owner (I believe) was there and helped me find a washer big enough for my comforter. He also handed out waters to every person doing laundry. Very impressed!

This laundromat is literally the best one for miles. It's incredibly clean, and you can use an app instead of quarters! Definitely coming back
