The times the bookstore is open is not accommodating to those in school. Only open during school hours and class times. For example- I have class every day in Burlington until 5pm. Bookstore closes at 3. When do i have the ability to get my stuff??? Needs later hours!! Other than that, awesome! Really nice, and helpful people that work in there!!

They were helpful in the admissions office with my daughter and I when we were making a payment! I know that the book store is run by a different company but is located inside the college. I was irritated that the lady working at the bookstore seemed to be "bothered" by us asking her to help us find the 2 books that my daughter needed. She was too busy working on the online orders,which were scattered all over the place. And instead of selling us a biology book and the computer saying that she had two of them in the store she said that she didn't have any, they were for the online orders that she had sitting right in front of her! I just couldn't believe my ears!! Very disappointed and shocked!!
