Love this place best country fried steak I've ever had. They're closing end of February so please go there before they close!

This place is disgusting and should be shut down. Over priced. Theres no way a health food inspector would allow this place to stay open.0 stars if I could.

The food was OK. My eggs were under cooked as well as my hash browns. The man giving the service seemed tired and grumpy. If you want to eat here, don't go into the bathrooms ever. It is by far the worst, unkept, and malfunctioning quarters I've ever seen. They used the bathroom for decoration storage. It had one working sink in the men's bathroom. The toilet seats are about to fall off. The sinks are stained and there are cobwebs everywhere. The tile is no longer staying in place. I can't tell if they ever cleaned it before. It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like if they don't even care about the bathroom. The people that have previously reviewed it must be friends with the owner because I cannot see how anyone can overlook this place's flaws.

Awful. Very unfriendly. My kids were excited to come for breakfast. Walked in the door, he asked how many and as soon as I said six, he said he didn't have space. Completely unfriendly. Didn't even try to accommodate.

Excellent breakfast. We had Country fried steak with amazing sausage gravy, choice of potato (we has very crisp American fries), choice of toast and 2 double yolk eggs. And Hobo O'Brian - crispy hash Bronson loaded with onion, green pepper and ham; topped with 2 perfectly done over easy eggs.

The other reviewers must have been to another restaurant or they've had little exposure to good food. The owner/server lamely attempts friendliness but he's really uncomfortably rushed (I don't know why...it wasn't packed) and seems to find dealing with customers a burdensome necessity. The food reminds me of the stuff I'd get at diners going down to FL in the 70s--meeehhh. However, if you are in the market for a crochet iPhone case, a cutely painted gourd or a country dish towel this is your place! In short: if this place got a Robert Irvine makeover it would be a huge hit. 1: get rid of the "cute" kountry junk 2: Friendly up the staff 3: Freshen up the food with better ingredients and more creativity. That's my free advise. Potentially, it has a lot going for it--It's 10 minutes from Lake Geneva, It's got that cool "K" in the Kountry and people are always looking for a "hidden gem" after they overdose on the reliable excellence of Egg Harbor and Simple. Well...this ain't that hidden gem!!!

Alright first off I'm not sure if this is a restaurant with a craft store in it , or a craft store that serves food . They have their own home made jams , but they don't serve them at breakfast they are available for purchase only apparently . The service is pretty lame , impersonal and just plain sucks . The food is ok . I would much disagree with the other reviews .

That rumbling sound? That'd be your stomach. Get up and go here to fill up on great food and friendly service. Their breakfast is great road trip fuel. It's artery clogging goodness with authentic country breakfast flavor; pancakes, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, bacon, and of course - coffee. You'll be ready to go after this meal!

Took my extended family of 10 there on a busy Saturday morning. (Called ahead). WOW! Thanks for the great service, wonderful food, hometown hospitality and local tips. We will be back. Fantastic Breakfast and incredible portions for hungry people.
