I will never go back to this dealership again. I'm disabled, ill standing there waiting while being completely ignored .My jeep window passenger side would not go up They told me my warranty expired and it would cost me $189.00 just to look at it I'm a disabled widow of a Veteran . I asked if there were discounts . They completely ignored me while I was standing there I had a mask on as I was just diagnosed with COVID trying not to expose them but I needed my window fixed I left and will never go back there again Extremely poor customer service

Nick and Ryley were great to work with. Wasn't sure after the first visit if I was going to get a new vehicle there but they gave me some options and offered me a great deal - all while keeping it low pressure. Ended up going with Kunes for the purchase and glad I did.

Terrible customer service. I was told a specific truck was available and I could trade in my old truck with bad ball joints. Loan was pre approved so I started to drive my old truck there to purchase the truck. 40 minutes into driving my unsafe trade-in truck there, I get a text from an employee (Bre) stating the truck was sold! They must've lazily checked the (non-updated) inventory on the computer instead of putting eyes on the vehicle to confirm it was actually there...Now I have to try to make it back home (40 miles) in my broken truck. I wasn't going to leave a bad review, but I still keep getting texts asking if I'm interested in vehicles, and Bre decided to keep arguing with me how she did not provide bad customer service even though she clearly did. It's borderline harassment at this point. Avoid the place.

My husband and I went to Kunes in Elkhorn to look for a new vehicle for myself. We went there with certain vehicles in mind from searching online, Marcos approached us in the lot and helped us through every single step of the process. I was being a bit picky but he stuck through it and brought up a bunch of different vehicles for us to look at.Marcos was professional but laid back, it was nice to not feel “pushed” but instead comfortable knowing we were being helped by someone who cared about getting me into a vehicle that would be safe and explained every single detail so we would not be confused.Marcos gave us a ton of different information about the vehicles and how the financing process works, which in turn got us looking at vehicles that I had originally not thought of. We settled on a 2020 Jeep Renegade after Marcos suggestions and I love it!He explained everything so detailed so that we understood every single thing we were signing for. Daniel from finance was amazing as well, especially explaining all of the paperwork as we went through it!Our experience was wonderful and we are so satisfied with our purchase! Definitely recommend working with Marcos and Daniel if you get the chance!!

It’s obvious it’s a commission job.Although it’s a well known fact, they don’t seem to make any type of personal connection, it’s strictly - here’s what you can afford, and then they show you out ofYour price range and get angry at you when you are picky about which car you are interested in.Made an appointment and the sales man wasn’t even there, so I had to start over with a different guy and he was even worse than the one that didn’t show. The salesman Joe across the way was clever and able to make conversation and doesn’t cause you to feel pressured. He was the only positive out of the entire experience.Over all - terrible experience and ended up not buying off the lot.Prices are decent though

Went shopping there to find a used Chrysler minivan so they set us up with the commercial sales manager as he is called. First vehicle he showed us was a two-year-old van with over 50,000 miles in our price point. Unfortunately, the sales manager did not point out the fact that there was severe hell damage to this vehicle, I did notice it right away but test drove it anyways and found a vehicle running rough at idle and needed a couple of the tires that were pretty worn! When I got back to sales manager, I pointed out the flaws and he said that the tires were within specs? 75% worn is in specs for Kunis on a $30,000 plus vehicle? I pointed out the hail damage and of course his default responses is: we have it priced accordingly! For some reason, I feel that these sales people think that you can take a vehicle to the dent doctor and get all these Hail dents taken out for a couple hundred bucks, and if that was the case, why didn't they do that so they could add more money to the price of the car so I'll tell you why! It usually cost a lot of money to get hail damage repaired! Fortunately, we found a van that didn't have as many options, but had lower mileage the same year that was in much better shape. Why he didn't show us that car in the first place and avoid the headache? I feel that he was just trying to get rid of that car and felt it was an easy sale! That's my opinion!!! Oh by the way, I have bought several new vehicles from Kunes for myself. Yeah they always try to sell you the overpriced gap insurance of what you can get through your own personal car insurance company for just a couple dollars a month. They always try to sell extended warranty on a new car? I feel if you get three years and 36,000 miles to worry about that and don't really need their overpriced extended warranty unless you're going to keep the car longer. And then they sell the Xylon coating or whatever it is that they put on the paint and it's just another overpriced add-on to make more money for the dealership. I would never say avoid this dealership, as most dealerships are run the same way, and are not really concerned about you buying a dependable used car. They are only concerned about the company making profits and the salesman getting his cut. They claim they run them through their service Department before putting them on the lot for sale and then I would ask this question. Why didn't he disclose the hail damage upfront on the first vehicle I looked at? He could never deny that he didn't disclose this as he act surprised that I even found the hell damage and there were other people around to witness this event.

Had a great experience with kunes of Elkhorn. Our salesman Ryley was great and helps us through the whole situation. They were willing to make a great deal with us to get our satisfaction. Finance was great also through the paperwork process. They will be getting our loyalty and business again. We will be referring our friends and family to work with kunes in the future. Thank you everyone at the Dodge Jeep Ram Chrysler location that personally helped us. The process couldn't have gone any better and we wouldn't change anything.

This new car buying experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. My salesman Chad was professional and helped above and beyond any expectations I had. The final paperwork was quick and presented to me not only so that it was clear I understood but also to make me 100% comfortable with my purchase. Will continue to use this dealership and Chad for any future vehicle issues or purchases.

I would say a pretty average experience. The price that was advertised on the web site was not the price quoted when I went into the dealer. That was unfortunate as I did confirm that before going to the dealer. We did work that out to my satisfaction in the end. However I don't feel that dealer should advertise a price then add on unwanted items at a ridiculous mark up!Also the Jeep could have been detailed better, it looked like it was run thru a car wash but had adhesive in several areas and the door jambs looked like it had been sitting in a gravel parking lot. Josh the salesman was nice, did not have a lot of interaction as I knew before I went to the dealer what I was looking for.

Stay away! This company takes advantage of people. My daughter and fiancé who are both in there early 20's bought a car in August. Unfortunately, being young and never had any experience with a dealership before agreed to a 72 month loan at 29.24% on a $21000 car. I don't blame the dealership 100%, but for Kunes to be in business with Prestige Financial out of Utah that would make a loan at that rate, should be embarrassed. Obviously they don't care who they screw over as long as they make a sale. STAY AWAY!!!Paul

I found a car online that I really wanted and Briana was so helpful it made me want to make the trip to Elkorn to check it out. That car ended up not working out for me but my salesperson Mike already had some other cars that he thought would work for me. After discovering a mistake with a car that I had selected Mike, Jason and the sales manager worked hard on getting me into a car that turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Because I drove more than an hour the guys stayed late to get the financing done, Mike put the finishing touches on the car and sent a very happy customer on her way. I am in sales myself and these guys went over and above to take care of me.Thanks Kunes TeamCustomer for life ?

My family was going through tough challenges after a terrible auto accident. Chayton Gilbert (salesperson) was helpful and kind and never made me feel pressured. If I ever need a car again, I will contact Chayton. I have to say this is the best experience I ever had at a dealership.

I made an appointment to have my tires checked because I thought there was a leak in one of them. Mind you, I had to take a day off work for this appointment. I drove all the way from Racine to Elkhorn because I have a tire warranty through Kunes. I showed up to my appointment and the service writer that helped me said "it is related to weather changes." I wanted my tires looked at. So, I made appointment somewhere else to have my tires checked and lo and behold there was a nail in my tire. I had to pay them to repair my tire because Kunes would not even look at them. So not only did the service writer not take me seriously, but I could have wrecked my car due to low psi because he did not want to have his technician look at my tires. He also said, "if I have my technician look at it and there is nothing wrong I would have to charge you." Why would I be charged to have my tire repaired if I have a warranty? I was very displeased by this and will not be returning.

We walked and was greeted right away. Both Eddie and Vinny did a great job. They were able to get us a vehicle 0 down, and got our payment lower than expected. Oh and they offered us a beverage and snack.
