“—Please update pricing on your website. Some people have to budget for laundry and while the prices might be $1 or so higher now than on the site, having to pay a few dollars extra does make a difference.
— I bought 2 diet cokes that tasted awful and had to toss them. One from slot 34 and 35 (I think) they both were expired April 2024! Whoever services the vending machine needs to look at the drinks. I can’t find a number to call but I would like my $3 back somehow.
— I am here after hours and it is hot in here! Thermostat shows 78. I understand wanting to save on electricity overnight but it’s now cooler outside than in here.
With all that being said, this is my 2nd time here overnight. Fairly clean even with people not picking up after themselves. It looks like all machines are up and running. I installed the app before coming and it was very easy to use and to add cash to it from the machine. I also like that there an incentives for using it. I typically go to one in Delavan but they aren’t 24hrs.”

“Great Cleaners, Honest People…………..Last week I brought a bunch of shirts in for cleaning. As usual I had checked all the pockets for any remaining things before leaving them there. I picked them up a few days later, and upon hanging them up at home I saw that there was a zip lock bag pinned to the shirts, and inside was $6.00 that apparently was inside one of the shirt pockets that I left for cleaning, I will continue bring my cleaning to them because they certainly do a good job on my clothing, but more important to me is that they are also very honest people.”
“The ladies who work the counter are all friendly and quick. My clothes and down bedding is always done on time and cleaned thoroughly. They also have called me on occasion if I have forgotten to pick something up.”
“A laundromat that knows its role and doesn't overcomplicate things. You can pay with quarters (old school) or card (new school). Push the button, and it washes your clothes. Same with the dryers. No apps, no unreliable wifi, no fuss. Gold star, ETL.”
“It's been a few years since I've had to use this laundry mat and WOW was I surprised!The remodeling job is very welcoming and so nice to see. All the new washing machines and dryers were so nice to use. I had a mixture of things to wash from comforters to delicates and they all washed and dried up so nicely, I will be coming back now that I've seen these amazing changes!”

“Every time I've come here, there's an attendant working to keep the machines clean. Also very helpful if a machine eats your coin. When it's busy the layout can make it a little crowded/awkward but those of us who have lived in major cities will be used to it. The washers are in rows that face each other so you just have to work around people if you have washers across from each other.”
