A good variety of appliances. Within the last twelve years I purchased a dryer & clothes washer. The sales people to the delivery guys were super nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will go back.

A family owned and operated store, unlike most the big box stores which seem to be the only other stores around. Good people, good service, good to work with.

So thankful for Lyles. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and dependable. Our fridge quit on a Thursday, I went to Lyles on a Friday and it was delivered quickly. Thank You!!!

They are great, good old home town appliance store. Fair prices, delivery on time and correct, no up charge. And when it came time for service they honestly stepped up and beyond what I expected. After my service experience with them, they are MY only stop when i need an appliance. Bought my washer and dry from them in the middle of Covid when my others died. Last year bought my Dishwasher from them. The Dishwasher had manufacture issues recently and they where fair and honest in the repairs.

Called for a washing machine repair, took a week in a half just to get on the schedule for a technician to come and diagnose it. Technician came and was unprofessional and unprepared. Spent the duration of the time watching you tube videos to trouble shoot it and had to use my personal sockets just to take pieces off of the washer to look at it. Called and was told the manager figured out the issues based off of the notes and they’d order the part to have it fixed. Spoke with Jackie about how long it would take to get it and she assured me not long and they’d get me on the schedule right away. Over a week has gone by and still no call or communication. Very unprofessional!!

We needed a front burner replaced on our stove. On a positive note, the technician was very professional and respectful. It goes downhill from there...Waited over two weeks for Lyle's to order a replacement part. The installation failed and even worse, something the technician did caused something to spark and short-out. Now NEITHER of my front burners work. (Do you know how hard it is to cook a meal on an itty-bitty back burner???). We received a $290 bill for a service charge! So, I paid $290 for a stove with LESS functionality than I had before! I sent a letter in with my payment explaining what happened, thinking that Lyle's might possibly refund some of my money or at least offer me some type of coupon. Ha! Not a chance! I'm very disappointed in their service and lack of concern.

Second time we were disappointed. Monday purchased a dryer I asked Brian if it had a interior light . Oh yes all dryers have a light washer don't. Well this dryer does not have a light. . Never take the salesperson word to be true.

After making the mistake of going to Menards and Best Buy, I ended up at Lyle's. Thank God! Tony greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I handed over the specs for the appliances needed, and Tony didn't waste my time showing me what I could buy or order. He took me straight to what he KNEW would fit and what they already had in stock. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! The two gentlemen that came a couple of days later to install were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and had everything up and running within an hour.I will never go anywhere else for appliances and will recommend Lyle's to anyone in need of new home appliances. Thanks for the great service from beginning to end!!!!

$220 to replace a fuse in our dryer. I should have just waited for my husband to do it, would have been about $10. I live 5 minutes away. I can have my septic pumped for less than that.

Our refrigerator was broken so they came out to look at it. We were never told about their ridiculous charges to come to your home. We never agreed on a price or signed anything. They went ahead and ordered the part without asking or telling us, (expensive, we bought a new fridge instead). The invoice started arriving, then the collection notice. Over $100 to look at our refrigerator. I'll say a prayer for them because I don't know how they sleep at night, but with that kind of $$, pretty good I guess. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Very disappointing. Every time I've called they are always two weeks out to even look at your appliance. You're stove or refrigerator goes out who can wait two weeks to get it repaired?

When it's the only appliance repair in the area you don't have many options. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The repair guy fixed my dryer in less than an hour. Unfortunately the prices it where they get you. $80 trip fee (you pay this no matter what happens) $30 an hour for labor and $20 for the fuse he changed. I found the fuse that they changed online, they don't make money off parts. They do guaranty their work. Also the repair was cheaper than a new dryer.

Went on web site for a washing machine where they show several machines for under $600. However when at store told can't get any of those models. Need to pay several hundred more. Total bate and switch. Reported to state economic office. Never go back. Went to Lowes and got an $800 washer for $200 because it had a dent from shipping. Best deal ever, works great. Never go to Lyle's again, always check Lowes or Home Depot for great deals.
