“The owners have been so gentle, friendly, and enthusiastic with all 3 of our dogs, and even found a more comfortable way for our old, arthritic dog to be groomed. They’re so fast to respond to make appointments, and very flexible. They have Made in Wisconsin dog food in every variety, treats, toys, leashes, dog CBD, dog scarves made by locals, all at the best prices anywhere. They have so many dogs of their own, they appreciate a good value and want to pass that on to their clients. They are so friendly and happy, I always wish I could stay and chat the day away with them. “This is a "Piece of Heaven". You will not find a more peaceful place to get up close to the animals. It is privately owned and operated. The animals are well cared for, I would say loved but "Spoiled" is a more accurate word. A must see, to truly appreciate animals. It is run by volunteers who are committed to these animal's hook, line and sinker. An incredible way to spend an afternoon and enjoy God's gifts. “Im a 1st time grooming customer. Was able to get in same day, which wasn't necessary, but worked out great. All we had done was a nail trim and buffing. I have a rescue dog, who is extremely scared out in public and we established a vet at tge animal hospital, but it is always so busy and so chaotic there. Maizy's heart would race, she'd shake, even with me right there with her.Kylie cut her nails without cutting into the quicks, I could hear her talking to my dog the whole time, reassuring her. She was gentle, caring and very nice. I'll definately be back to book with her!!!”
“People say that petco and PetSmart are the same...false. the atmosphere is way different and they have Bil-Jac dog food here way better than any other dog food brand, both tasting and for your dog. To my knowledge PetSmart is the only place that carries Bil-Jac besides Chewy”
