“I would like to thank Cindy, for her amazing help! She went above and beyond to help us locate our package that was sent to the wrong state. I was so relived to find someone who cared after talking to 2 agents on the USPS HELP line who told be there was nothing they could do. Cindy tracked down the post office that it had been two 8 times and got it re-directed to the right state THANK YOU CINDY!”

“These people are the hardest working members of our community. They know just about every person who walks in and are friendly & personable. They're quick to offer mailing solutions.”
“I dropped off a package at the Lake Geneva post office during a summer road trip. Unfortunately, my package got lost in the mail. I cannot begin to tell you how kind, helpful, and proactive the staff at this post office were. I was truly blown away by their professionalism and service. After one week, my package was located at a processing facility and arrived at its intended destination. Many thanks!”
