I want to thank Sarah for finally solving my phone activation issues. This process has been going on since Nov. 28. I ordered a phone and it was lost. Somehow two phones were attached to my account. Sarah dove in researched the issue, and did what no one in two other stores could. I have a phone again and I am so grateful! Thank you Sarah!

Desire G whatever her name was, was unprofessional and too flirty. She helped me last weekend and it seemed she was trying to get me instead of helping with phone. She wasn’t following protocol and letting my girl make calls from the work phone and now she has messed up my receipt because it says I pod in cash and I did not and the dumb broad can’t even tell me why. Keep ur thing in ur pants and focus on ur job and maybe u wouldn’t make mistakes like that. Check the camera!

My latest customer service with US Cellular in Elkhorn has been awful. We were updating 5 phones, started the process on July 15th at the store and still do not have one of the phones and I just found out the smart watch that we have been waiting for has never been ordered. The store is angry when I got customer service from the 611 number involved because of no return calls from the store. The reason I was given for the calls not being returned was because they were working the State Fair-but, the original calls to be returned were before the fair had even started. I was to get a credit to my bill, but, I just paid my bill -and have received no credit.I have literally spent 8 hours plus between visits to the store (and the devices not being there) , calls to the store and customer service, and it is still not complete.

I came to the store in June of 2021 to be helped with upgrading 4 phones on our current plan and adding a new line. I met with Tyler who was very nice at the time. He quoted me what the cost it would be and we moved forward based on the price he quoted. When I received my first bill, it was $200 more than quoted. I literally spent about 4 hours on the phone with Tyler and US Cellular Customer Service. I also went into the store multiple times and showed him my quote again. I was told that the first bill is always high and the second bill will be lower then it will “even out”. I got my second bill, which was still high, about $130 higher than what was quoted. Tyler assured me he was working on it and would have someone call me. NO ONE has called me. We are now three months in and I received my third bill which is still $110 higher than what was quoted to me. I have had the worst experience and don’t give them any stars, but that was an option. I will NEVER use them again and I will tell everyone I know to stay far away!

Nicole k was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond what most employees at other stores would do, even making a phone call on my behalf to find something I needed. Would definitely recommend.

I went in yesterday after work because my keyboard on my phone was acting funky. Brandon was very courteous and was able to fix it. I was in and out in about 10 minutes!

Just paid a visit to USCellular to start a new phone plan. FYI- I am a novice at all this stuff. Brandon E was excellent help. He was friendly, yet professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He patiently and thoroughly explained the phone plan, as well as, how to use the smartphone. Plus he set me up so I was ready to go.

Arrived 15 mins before closing just to pay a phone bill and they were already closed. I also live 15 away from this location and it’s utterly unacceptable. Change your hours online if you close earlier, it would help not just me, but others that have possibly gone through this
