We stopped near the end of the day and right before vacation. The store is lovely with beautiful pieces. We make it a point to visit with local artists and find art to bring home. We were greeted by Thor and had a nice conversation, and felt like it was a connection to the county locals. Studio in the back was just so authentic.

Absolute Favorite Mugs. Not only does Thor provide wonderful conversation that fills their shop, these pieces evoke the subtle and most captivating images and lines of Door County. Although I don't live in WI, it makes my mornings to sip out of what I call my "Thor Mugs" and think about DC

Went the weekend before Christmas and this place is fantastic. The owner was extremely friendly and was very helpful. The price point was very reasonable for the quality of the art in the store. Much to choose from - all beautiful and handmade. Great place for more than just plates or mugs.

A very unique style that has universal appeal.... And at reasonable prices. Take a few minutes to browse their diverse collection. You'll be glad you did! Easy to get to with parking in front of the store. I didn't have any problems parking my 25' motor coach, but on a really busy weekend, it might be dicey. There's a visitor information parking lot on the highway about a block south that could be useful and it looked like there was some on street parking in that area, also.
