Brand new storage units in this facility with super high ceilings. They give you a lock with your rental. Super speedy response time, and Fawn couldn't have been more flexible with our timing. Lovely to work with. Highly recommend.

A week ago I called, talked to the owner. He assurred me a 10X10 was available and that he would get me a 10X20 as soon as some of the "seasonals" rotated out. Per his instructions, I texted him all of our contact information and knew that I would be dealing with his local manager when I called on May 8th. Now, enroute, with furniture to store in the unit, I called for the purpose of obtaining our key etc. I was then told "I don't have a unit for you". When we filled him in on our entire conversation of May 1st, he said "well, I stil don't have a unit for you." This causes me a GREAT inconvenience! NOT very professional
