I went with them in Oct 2021 and all they have done is cost me money in the tune of 100000 dollars. All they do is buy high and sell low and lose money. They say they are a fiduciary. I called to talk to someone. Had to make an appointment Two weeks later. You would think he would at least call me. They don't care. When I finally made the appointment all I got was he was to busy . I had looked at the May report I put the report on the table. He wouldn't even look at it. **** **** is no fiduciary he just does not care. I wanted to know how he was going to solve my problem. No clue .L have got to find a money manager that cares and maybe get me a return on my investment. Whatever you do stay away from Annex All they will do is lose your money and they just do not care.

People are great. Knowledgeable and professional. Struggling with Annex definition of fiduciary. Their choices for my conservative portfolio have resulted in losses of 80K in one year. How is this in our best interests? Rarely hear from them (financial advisor) to suggest alternative investing solutions to stop the "bleeding" of losses. We would have welcomed assistance.Great marketing programs, questionable follow-up with clients.

Great service, reliable and conservative folk. LGB! Was referred to these guys from a friend, lived up to the reputation and feel in good hands with my investments.

I am incredibly grateful for all the assistance I've received. I supplied basic information about my financial situation and received a plan, education, and resources to help me with my next few steps. Instead of 1 answer to each question, I was provided options and education to make the right choice for myself. 10/10 would recommend.

I started with Annex about 12 years ago when I was a teenager. When I sat down for my appointment I specifically said I wanted mutual funds that averaged 13% growth over the life of the fund. I was told that there are no mutual funds like that, and the advisor made some recommendations, which I followed. He never asked me about my risk tolerance.2 years ago I sat down for another appointment to review my investments with my Annex advisor, and said again that we wanted something that averaged 13% over the life of the fund, and again we were told that that doesn't really exist anymore. A year later we switched to a different company, and are currently invested in funds that have averaged at least 13% per year over the life of the fund. Those funds were out there, they just weren't discussed for some reason by my advisor at Annex. I'm still not sure why.
