The last few times I have brought a vehicle in it still comes out with ground in bugs and dirt…. Very disappointed with such an expensive wash.

First time here and the guy working it was so nice, so helpful and did a really great job! I didn’t get his name but he was working on May 17th! Highly recommend!

Eh... Staff is hit or miss. Gas prices usually higher, located on a busy corner. The car wash is usually always jammed pack since they offer an expensive monthly subscription for them. The wash itself is a good one however. It seems as though the equipment is routinely kept up. i.e. It is NOT a touchless one though. The most basic car wash is expensive. $8.95 for an express. Pay either at the pump OR drive through kiosk before entering wash. Wish they had Apple Pay or mobile payments! Cash or credit card here. As long as it doesn't scratch my vehicle up though, I'm ok with a slightly higher price.

Easily one of the best car washes around especially if you prefer to do your own vacuuming and interior detailing. You may find another car wash that does it all for you but the wash usually isn't as good.

I used to like coming here, but the past few car washes have been a complete let down. Today was the last one. I filled up with gas and got a car wash. I have a white car, and scratches are very easy to spot. When I got home, I saw that I had numerous black scratches from the initial scrubbing they did with their mops. There were so many I had to buff them out since it was pretty embarrassing. What happened? I used to think they did a decent job but the past 5-7 car washes have frankly, sucked. In the past I'd let it slide if my washes weren't done "all the way," if there were some spots or salt missed, but today was just bad. Dark black scratches on a white car are hard to buff out. For the car wash selection I picked, I figured it would be a little better than the cheap one down the road. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.(Side note : Woodmans offers a great price on car washes 1 less than half of what Jillys price is - and my car never comes out scratched.)

Go here many times. Normally really good. But today I went through the wash and it got none of the bugs off. I even mentioned it before it went through. Afterward, the bugs were still on. Mentioned to them and response was "oh that sucks. It did get the bugs off" and walked away. I dried it and most of the bugs slide right off. But some are left. After I thought about it, I don't think the front washer thing came down and went over the car. The windshield and back of the car was dirty too. I would have thought they guarantee your satisfaction. But apparently not. Just disappointed with the service.

I have been a long time customer of Jilly's Car Wash and they are by far the best car wash around. They are the only car wash that offers truly unlimited car wash plans with no daily limits. They have free vacuums for customers as well as bottles of Armor All, glass cleaner, and carpet cleaner. Microfiber towels are also provided for customers. They have 3 locations. The car wash equipment is state of the art and is always clean. I've been a customer for over 10 years, and I have been an employee for a little over 5 years.

With the snow starting early this year we've already used this car wash twice. We opted to get the unlimited wash option which starts at $19.99 a month and can add features such as an under-body flush for an additional fee. The staff is always friendly and helpful.. The kids love the multicolor soap foam and flashing lights and I like the attendants scrubbing off the salt and muck and the high pressure prewash before entering. They offer towels at the end to dry any remaining water, free air freshener and dash wipes. The car wash does a great job and the blowers dry nicely. I highly recommend as one of the best around Elm Grove/Brookfield.
