Polite, accurate, and quick. I've been banking with this branch for almost a decade and they are great people to work with.

The branch for the last THREE days (12/21 - 12/23) has had a hand written note on the door saying CLOSED. Nice. Three straight days.

This is my "go-to" branch even though others may be physically closer. The staff turnover is low, so tellers and bankers quickly greet you by name and, since they already "know their customer", quickly can dispense from ID checks etc with repeat clients. It is beneficial to have a NATIONAL SCOPE bank; this is as close to "relationship banking" the average schmo is going to get to with such a behemoth.

Horrible bank, do not go here. I've ran into multiple problems with them, including when I went to Mexico a few years back. Before I left, I told them I'd be in Mexico, then a day after I arrived, my card got canceled and I wasn't able to access my account. When I returned and questioned them, they said "Yes, we have you down as having been in Mexico, and we canceled your card." That's all they said, not offering any apologies or return for having made my trip so difficult. The other issue is that they continue to add maintenance fees onto my account for no reason. My account average is much higher than the minimum balance of $1,500, and no fees should be charged. This is the second time I've had to cancel the fees, and every time I do, they tell me that they should not be on there and don't know why they keep being added. The second time, however, they refused to reimburse me for more than three months of the fees that should not have been on there in the first place. They are literally taking money out of my pocket and admitting that they should not have done that, but not returning it. Pretty crooked.

I had used this branch to perform a wire transfer. I was completely shocked when told afterwards that they would not/could not give me any receipt for this transaction, stating I'd have to wait for a receipt through the mail. I have gone to other US Bank offices for the same type of transaction and have always gotten a receipt before leaving the branch office. It is utterly insane to tell a customer that they cannot have a receipt or that they must wait 7-10 days for a receipt to come through the mail. Who would ever want to have money taken from their account without a receipt. I have argued and fought with US Customers Service and the Wire Transfer department.
