I'd like to give a better review here. I can't though. A cranky inefficient Pharmacy dept. who acts like the gestapo with their line of questioning. Also, this has to be one of the most ridiculously designed parking lots I've ever entered into. Especially at a Walgreens. You better be "on your game" backing out of any space! And, near the horrendously super busy, one of the most dangerous traffic intersections in the Milwaukee area. The W. Bluemound Rd. intersection at Moorland Rd. by Brookfield Square shopping area. The store is ok. However, many times the prescriptions are just NOT ready. Especially confusing is this Walgreen's app, pre-pay express bar code you must save and scan when arriving at the store. Trouble is, where exactly is this "in store express lane", you might ask? Anyway, you can almost always count on waiting even if when your doctor's office phone's it in ahead of time. Their excuse is the message is in their voicemail and they haven't checked it yet. Sure. They're so slow filling them. Or, their common one theme is this. That with even refills still remaining is that the prescription is too early to refill! Really?! One day or two too early? Idiots. I'd rather go to other nearby Walgreens or a CVS. They're a very close in location for us. Recommending to avoid them here. Like the most awful, cranky pharmacy people and the "could care less about you", attitude. The lousy customer services these days is so common. I can not especially recommend this Walgreen's pharmacy.

Short staffed with high turnover, like most Walgreens. Staff at any level isn't very well trained in basic manners, instead they spout scripted statements with twisted syntax and grammar.

Here at the Walgreens on JFK in NLR, AR, the store manager is a horrible person. I waited 2 hours to get through to the pharmacy so I called the store manager to see what the adjusted hours were for this location. He didn't want to help, but when he finally did, he kept me waiting a long time. The phone hung up, I called back the person picked up the phone but never greeted me. Instead I could hear her check people out at the register for about 20 mins. I hung up and called back the lady act like she didn't know who I was, she cut me off and put the manager on the phone, then he told me they close for lunch and then close at 4pm. I followed my gut feeling and can to the pharmacy anyway. The pharmacist said they did not close at lunch, but will close at 11pm. Patients need help with assistance at the pharmacy and customers need help in and on the phone with Walgreens store. The way the manager of the store lied to me is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills needed to do the job of managing the store. This incident happened on 1/20/2022 at 1:30pm.

I have ordered over 101 photo projects online. Each year I order calendars the large ones which you have to pay shipping costs on. This year they mailed my 86-year-old mother in laws calendar to us FULL of someone else's child. It literally was the wrong calendar. So, I chatted with Walgreens the best they can do is resend it and HOPEFULLY it will be here before Christmas. Well, they literally just lost ALL my business. I KNOW they could have offered to expedite the order, but I guess now I know I am not doing any more business with this company; I will be going to Meijer. This is wrong in every sense that Walgreens will not go above and beyond for their customers.

Same run of the mill store for Walgreens that actually clean as a store Cashier could use some re training in politeness Pharmacy could use more help right now due to the COVID-19 vaccination Other than that there's no complaints
